Had a recurring issue with Yoast Premium; support chat on the Yoast site engaged, we worked through it, fixed the site files and resolved the problem. Pleasant support, issue resolved, that's what you wish for and expect from tech support.
It is a great tool but I find it difficult to navigate around. The sidebar has disappeared in Elementor and isn't available from the hamburger menu for page edits which is probably down to my inexperience in using it but it is frustrating. It was there yesterday!Its advice is excellent for improving SEO.
DO NOT USE if you build your website on Wordpress with Elementor Pro. Yoast causes a conflict with the build it gallery function and as such block images from being displayed on the frontend. You have to disable and re-able to fix and then it keeps happening. Yoast support confirm they know about the issue but do not state this anywhere on their site before purchasing.
Respected Yoast members, I am grateful for your accurate diagnosis of the recent problem.Indeed, the bug was the problem. Yoast was not picking content and analysis suddenly became unavailable. I uninstalled the current version and uploaded 24.4 given by you. Issues successfully resolved.Our success is greatly dependent on you. I am grateful.With warm regards
Yoast and it's entire team are awesome! They are always available to help and extremely knowledgeable. There team is also very friendly and I appreciate all that they do. Without their SEO tools, I would not be able to do what I do. Thank you Yoast!
