Every time I order a parcel on prime I get the same message, we ran into an issue delivering parcel. I have given clear instructions. Another parcel was due to be delivered today and just got a message saying unable to deliver! Awful service! Maybe time to cancel subscription.

Really disappointed, had a wrong colour heat pump dryer delivered at the cost of £479. Contacted amazon via the online chat, absolute waste of time, they arranged for the dryer to be collected and the money to go back into my account, neither of which happened. I've still got the dryer, which I don't want, and they still have my £479. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. My advice is, don't buy large items from amazon. The experience with the dryer has been a absolute nightmare. The dryer has finally been collected and I'm now been told that we could wait upto three weeks for a refund

I ordered a ring recently from them and had not realized that the metal I chose for it was one that would fade and change. When I sent them an email with all the information, photos and all included, I got a very quick reply. They explained how with rings in that metal, if they sent out a new one in it, the same problem would occur. They didn't ask further questions, explained that they can't send out that ring in a different metal because of how it was ordered, and gave me a refund. I truly wasn't expecting that and it was so kind of them.I do love the ring, so I am going to order a new one in a better metal for it, and I cannot wait for it. I live in the UK and the package arrived just over 2 weeks after ordering. I don't normally write reviews, but because of how devastated I was when I had issues, and how well they handled it and how kind and quick they were, I just have to let others know. They're an amazing company and I fully recommend them. Amazing servies, products and quality. 10/10 all the way around.

Should have viewed these comments before I signed up with the espn+. Thankfully, I only got a one month subscription. I tried to get it to work on my Amazon Fire tv. It was constantly buffering. Texted and called support with no result on how to fix it. It did work on my laptop, but the games shut down sporadically. I was looking forward to viewing the small college playoff games. Sad it doesn't work

A visit to a Cancer Research shop was met by illegal signs stating that refunds on certain items were not allowed. Illegal under the CRA. And in direct contravention of the claimed CRUK's own policies.But it seems that managers at CRUK shops can be rude to volunteers, loudly gossip about volunteers to other volunteers in shops full of customers when said volunteers are not there to defend themselves and the same managers are abusive to shoppers. And they gossiping about other charity shops in the area.Managers even ban loyal, long-term supporters/customers if they dare complain about the manager's actions, thus damaging the reputation of Cancer Reserarch UK.Because CRUK don't care about abiding by the laws relating to the rights of customers and laws relating to employing volunteers and don't care about the reputation of the charity.Next time we'll make our Giftaid donations to other charities. CRUK, this is why you are facing a 65% negative rating on Trustpilot.

AAA people ("Employees") are dead weight for this company. The AAA ("Employees") don't solve customer issues and create unprofessional experiences. Calling into the AAA NorCal, Utah and Nevada Corporate Offices at 925-279-2300, press # and 9 to get to an operator. I've been trying to connect with AAA claims mgr., they won't provide a phone number. "We cannot give out phone numbers." Why? I am your customer. I send an email to the AAA manager and the email bounces. The employees at the local AAA offices are useless and unhelpful. AAA is closing offices everywhere. This company is going by way of avoidance, and they are bleeding California consumers dry with their unreasonable auto insurance. I have 0 accidents, 0 tickets and 0 at-fault-claims. The claims process is deeply broken and favors the AAA shop and not the AAA customers. The AAA executives are unreachable by email or phone. Only the ridiculous policy holder relations people and the consultants they've hired to turn you into nothing more than a number! File a complaint with California Insurance Commissioner about your experiences with AAA insurance.AAA member from 1978.

This company seem to regularly refund money 2 weeks after ordering. It's happened numerous times to me and always on items from China. I don't get an email but I now check my account on the app to find refunds. It's 50% of my orders. Very disappointing

I cancelled but money was taken for over a year. I cancelled legally by email and this was acknowledged at the time but they directed me to the phone number that is never answered or is but has dismal music. I used Moneyclaim to bring an County Court action for all monies taken after the cancellation and they have today agreed to pay it all back. I did suggest that this dodgey practice is ruining their reputation.

Always trying to sell you what you already have paid for!! Reinstalling the permanent license is a nightmare and can never be done without emailing and fighting with the support team. The 24/7 online support is a lie. I don't mind spending £100s for this, but I need peace of mind. I have the license number, the links, everything needed, but then I get messages like the following despite mine i *Permanent License* 'To activate Parallels Desktop 20, this license key must be upgraded.' Really annoying, I must find an alternative.

I am also very disappointed that NT will not be adding the missed months onto the end of memberships. We treated our parents to a membership for their birthdays and they haven’t used it yet. I will not be renewing my membership or theirs when it is due for renewal

I paid for a life time VPN subscription which got renewed every 5 years, Makeuseof Deal did not honour this and fobbed me off with a cheaper VPN they also stated because they could not honour the VPN they would credit my account with $20, after numerous emails the credit has still not been applied to my account and they are now ignoring my emails, even though I have asked to speak to a supervisor or management.....I will not be purchasing or using this company again as they false advertise products and sales on there website. and would NOT be recommending them to others after my terrible experience.
