When reservations are straight forward without problem, Booking.com are fantastic, but it's how a company like Booking.com respond when there is a problem that tells you how good they are, and in my case they failed miserably.In my case I had booked the Hotel Chenal in Beauvais, France for the night of 6th June 2025 (booking ref 4358 324301 pin 8369) but when I asked the Taxi Driver at the airport to take me there he advised that the Hotel had been closed down by the French Police a couple of months previously and the company is in administration. To check I looked at the recent reviews and indeed the reviews said the Hotel was now closed. As such I had to very quickly book another hotel at a higher price for the same evening. I called Booking.com to advise if the situation and they responded that they would contact the Hotel to confirm I hadn't stayed there. I explained that the Hotel was closed and they might not get a response. They advised if they did not get a response there was nothing they could do, so no refund. I suggested this was ridiculous logic, and they advised they were sorry but the Supervisor who refused to speak with me said no refund unless the Hotel confirmed. Sadly this shows they have no customer service ethic and they do not value their customers. As an aside I have placed many Hotel bookings though Booking.com and as such I should be a valued customer, but alas no! I would definitely not recommend this agent!

Please do not use! Service just went out middle of the day! I work from home the representatives and supervisor acted like it's nothing! Lied and said it was due to my payment of 91$ being 6 days late paid the bill and call back it's still not working then they say it's an outage!!! Tricked me out of 91$ after 8yrs of being a customer! I am done!!!! Now I have to wait 24hrs for a technician

A must see artist! Babyface is an all around class act. Spot on with every note and key. Im not sure if he is associated with the titles legend or Icon, however he should be. He doesn't need additional acts, his catalog is so extensive, his medley portion of the show consisting of the songs he has written and produced was jaw dropping, like Midnight Star's Play Another Slow Jam and the Whispers Rock Steady blew my mind. I knew he produced alot of songs, but not that far back. Worth every single cent. A highly entertaining experience. Money well spent!

Before renewing with the National Trust (and we have been members continuously for at least 20 years), I asked myself the question "Where can I get a list of all the NT places we have visited over the years?"NT obviously have the information, because they scan our cards every time we visit. And they liked the idea of it, because you used to be able to buy a child's "Passport" in which you could record visits.So where on the website is the button you press to get a download from their database of all the places you've been to? Or perhaps there is a reason why they have taken the decision not to make that information available?The reason is, surely, that when they looked into it, they realised that most people are paying through the nose for a membership they use rather less than they think. You wouldn't want to draw that to anyone's attention, would you? Like a gym membership you never actually use.So it may be time to take your membership off Direct Debit, and pay for it each year, if you need it. Or don't pay.The mishandling of the NT by its bosses because they have gone WOKE is upsetting, and it is becoming harder and harder to retain confidence in the organisation. The actual properties are delightful, and the staff and volunteers do a wonderful job. But, while WOKEness continues, I shall feel sorry for the staff and volunteers who perhaps are sacrificing their time to support a sinking vessel.

I would ZERO stars if I could. I was on the phone with Crown & Anchor this morning. I am a Diamond Plus member with two Cruises booked on Royal Caribbean out of Rome in July, which also goes to Spain. Italy has the highest cases of death caused by the Coronavirus and Spain is getting worse everyday. I want to cancel my cruise and have the future cruise credits transferred into my name. I paid for my 20yr Daughter and my sister and do not feel it is fair, that the future cruise credits cannot go in my name. I am the one that paid and booked the cruise. You would think at this time with the cruise industry on pause and the Coronavirus still at large, that Royal Caribbean would make exceptions during these unprecedented times. They refuse to give the future credits to me, and said it can only go to my daughter and sister. I feel that this is very unfair and I am extremely surprised that they are not doing anything above and beyond for their guest. I spent over 200 nights on their ships. My family will start looking at Disney, Princess & Virgin cruise lines if this is not resolved.

Extremely disappointed with Amazon Australia!I had been a regular customer, purchasing books for my Kindle and the occasional physical book.In June 2020, my account was fraudulently used to purchase a hideous object that looked like it would be intercepted by the AFP. As soon as the email generated, I quickly jumped on to my account to contact the seller, explain the situation & cancel the order. I definitely didn't order, want or need this item in my life. A month later, I tried to access my account, but it had been shut down. Immediately called Amazon to try and find out what happened.And so began my weekly calls to Amazon... On each occasion I was told that my account had been deactivated due to fraudulent activity & they were going to escalate this with their Fraud Team. I was told on each occasion to expect a response within 24-48 hours. After receiving no response, I'd follow up again. I would then receive a generic email requesting payment for the fraudulent item which I did not order, want or receive. If it wasn't $269 dollars, I may have just paid it to stop the drama! I wouldn't be able to use my account until paid by the looks of this email. Sometimes I'd receive this email in Japanese (which I don't speak/read), other times in English. Yet to hear from an actual human to help me resolve this issue... Wouldn't mind being able to use my Kindle again... Extremely frustrating!!!

Please do not deal with this company ... they offer the worst customer experience you could imagine. I purchased a Clock Radio where the PCB board developed a fault and would no longer work after about 8 months. On contacting Amazon, too many times to count over a 3week period, I was told that they only have a 3month warranty with 3rd Party sold products. The staff are trained to lie and give silly platitudes and promises which are all total crap. Can't think of a single good point in their favour... they are deceptive and untruthful and should not even be allowed to trade in this country. Makes EBay look like gold standard !

I was scammed 6/24/24. Should have known better, price was too good to be true. Bought a stick vac and seller changed the delivery address with the usps after package was enroute to send a 4 oz package to a different, I assume random address in the same city and state. Mercari provided non-existent buyer support and protection. Had to do all the research on my end to uncover the scam.
