I need to update my telephone number so I can login my account with OTP. It’s been 34 emails back and forth now and my problem is till need resolved. Every time they assign a different agent to help me and none of them really read the historical records and offered unpractical advices such as clean up my FIAT wallet to be able to update my telephone number. But I can’t even login how I am supposed to clean up my FIAT wallet ? I did all the steps they asked me to do and provided all the information they asked to prove my identity. Still not resolved after three weeks.

I have been using this app for awhile now with no problem,recently I lost my phone and needed to update my cell number. So I was able to verify the first part of my F2 security verified my email and all and they still wanted me to verify a number that I was trying to change*** Then I was told to send in a copy of my ID and holding a paper with a code given from them on it I did all that Then they told me that I have a duplicate account already with the number that I am trying to change to.Bittom line is they Hold your account when the market makes a big drop or Bull Market. I am not even making a withdrawal and the are using BS tactics
