I recently discovered I was charged for a GoDaddy email renewal I never knowingly authorized. Apparently, auto-renewal is enabled by default without clear consent, which feels deceptive. I reached out for a refund just one day after the 7-day policy window, but they refused — despite me not having access to the service or being notified about the renewal in advance.Customer support was polite but inflexible. I lost both my money and access to the email account, with no refund. This experience feels like a classic example of dark patterns and rigid policies designed to trap users into unwanted renewals.Would not recommend.

I fell inexplicably to mid 1400 overnight on Chess.com. The head of their customer service denies any cheating. I change to Lichess and rank 1838 ELO a week later for the same blitz game. Lichess scores are about 200 points more generous, which matches what Chess.com's staff told me: that I play at about 1600 ELO by their standards. That I lost 200 points overnight points to cheating within Chess.com. At no establishment, online or physical business, have I experienced rudeness and arrogance like that exhibited by Chess.com's head of customer service. He publishes criticisms not only of your games but of you personally. The CEO emailed him and told him to be nicer, and shortly thereafter implemented a member feedback rating of staff online behavior. One of my last games on Chess.com featured a member whose tactics measured at ELO 2014 yet the sandbagger was hiding inside blitz 1400 ELO with artificially low fake blitz rating, a problem explicitly confirmed by Chess.com's technical service as a epidemic in their website.

Animoto sucks!!!! I've using it for years, and used to rave about how good it was, but lately they've done some updates that screwed up everything. Now you can't run the previews of each block to cut the part you don't want, IT JUST WON'T WORK, and I've been in touch with customer service and this is what they told me: "What's happening right now is the preview footage is running at 15fps at 512p. When you export it, the correct 30fps at 720p is displayed. We are working on rolling out a permanent fix, but at the moment you should only see this in the preview. Sorry about that!"And then when I asked for a solution they said this: "you can also quickly trim your video clips in Quicktime prior to uploading. I know this adds an extra step but i hope this gives you what you need to finish your project in the meantime!" Dude I need to hear the audio of the clip in order to add the text. This was weeks ago, still doesn't work and also now its extra slow, it takes me hours to edit a video cause the "page stop responding", I know it's not my equipment cause I've been editing in Canva with NO ISSUES and it's no my internet cause I've got Starlink. What a way to loose the reputation you've build. Can't comprehend why they would do updates to the software that messed up the most basic things of the editing, like playing the audio and video of your trimming blocks. So upset that I just payed my yearly subscription. And no they don't even know when the program will be back to run the way it used to.

GOV.UK PASSENGER LOCATOR FORM ACCOUNT CREATION IS AN UNTESTED VERY LOW QUALITY SERVICE - SO BEWARE !!You must be carefull to enter the full international code for your phone as it is not checked and **you can not change it if you make any mistake** as then you can not verify the account and you can't do it again as your email is already 'registered' even though you can't use it !!So what do you do then ????So how to fix this ? ..wait on the 0800 678 1767 help line for 26 minutes to find the helpline person can't reset the account ! ..They tell you to email the following:applyonline E-support @homeoffice.gov.uk (without the gaps)..who, when you email them, in 2 weeks do not answer or provide any assistance or do anything at all about resetting your account so am still locked-out. There is a 24hr Service Level Agreement they have to meet - Covid doesn't allow them 2 weeks so this now goes to my MP.

You guys are so biased and unprofessional yes I'm a Colorado girl which loves hockey football all sports but when you do your shows you guys talk about who you like not what the world might want to listen or about you guys are pathetic TNT was the same way we all know Gearsky was a great player but he is stupid when it comes to talking the whole crew and you guys pick your team you want win then you say nothing about the other you guys are suppose to talk about both teams and not joke around you guys are all a sad show I'm sure you will block this and that's okay ...

I listed my home for sale May 2023 and have had issues from day one with incorrect information and glitches on the website listing and in the App. Mid June2023 the view count and save count started going going in reverse contrary to the daily listing report. Stopped at 3000 views and started reversing to the 1553 total as of today. I have called and left over 10 messages as well as email and still not received a single response to address the problem. I am for sure the negative views and save counts is negatively reflecting to potential buyers that the home is not popular. I will never recommend Zillow to anyone or use them ever again for a property. Any company as large as Zillow should have the appropriate customer service for any client or consumer. It's a shame.

I have been using this app for awhile now with no problem,recently I lost my phone and needed to update my cell number. So I was able to verify the first part of my F2 security verified my email and all and they still wanted me to verify a number that I was trying to change*** Then I was told to send in a copy of my ID and holding a paper with a code given from them on it I did all that Then they told me that I have a duplicate account already with the number that I am trying to change to.Bittom line is they Hold your account when the market makes a big drop or Bull Market. I am not even making a withdrawal and the are using BS tactics
