AVOID at all costs. They have asked for £150 to correct a transaction which was done - they told is the transaction would be made manually to put the original money back to sender (my) wallet - the money has since been moved to a different wallet. If you are looking at using an external wallet....DO NOT USE THIS ONE.On May 09, 2023, I etransfered in $3000.00 to Crypto.com and after numerous emails to Customer Service, it was not deposited until May 23, 2023. All they would say is they couldn't find it at their end. I used their reference number. I forwarded them a reference number from my bank that they rejected and then after I sent them a complete document from my bank showing the transaction had gone through then they told me to use the exact same number that they told me didn't work and finally I saw my money in my account. This is the second time that I had problems with a deposit and am very disappointed in their service.Prior to that while transferring &1500.00 out they sent it to a completely different third-party wallet and my money was lost. This transaction was being done with two others watching on Zoom so we know that the address given was correct. Crypto.com will take no responsibility and I'm out the entire amount. This is disgusting. A friend recommended Shakepay as an alternate and I have had no issues with that external wallet. So if you ever have thoughts about using Crypto.com DO NOT DO IT.

A lot of features and perks got removed for people who want to use the spending card (drop in cashback and removal of perks), also rather high fees. Great experience in the beginning but the lack of improvement and the slow decline of usefulness and features have made crypto.com obsolete as an exchange or other services provider for me. Services definitely work no issues there, just not really for me as my staking budget also is not as broad.
