They make it marginally difficult to withdraw deposits, and when loggin into the only app version, it makes a bug that makes it impossible to withdraw, cause it pushes the promts all the way to the top of the screen without explenation, they have hard to reach costumer support and many waiting days. They need tons of improvement and are not a good experience so far, it also loses money despite it going up, ive lost a 550dollar deposit that is no down to 230dollars, and apparently i can´t withdraw my funds

The Crypto Code cost me 2000 dollars to join it said 90 day money back which was not true. You can not talk with anyone unless they call you. They want you to ask all questions on a forum, the 2 men whom are supposed to help you do nothing, I asked for a refund within 60 days they only refunded the 30 day membership fee told me I could continue using there training materials, I told them to refund and unsubscribe me . So this costed me 2000 dollars to listen to about a total of 4 hrs of them telling you what to do. Commissions are high without explanation. There is no phone or live chat customer service. You write them an email and they take up to 12 hours to text you back. If you're not in the app when they message you, you are out of luck and have to wait another 6 hours for a response. There is no instant live chat like every other company has. They are in Singapore.
