I mailed two packages for Christmas on…

I mailed two packages for Christmas on Dec 13, tracking slip said, on or around the 18th. I figured two weeks was enough time to get from Pittsburg New Hampshire to Ennis Montana. Both were going to the same spot!. My daughter said the package came. Not packages. We assumed both made it. Christmas on a video call, she said only one package was at PO. Today, Dec 26 I tracked them. One was delivered on the 18th, as indicated. The bigger of the two, is at PO in Billings. Whatttt? this is BS. My daughter called the PO, the woman said, oh I'm not surprised we are 5 days behind! Billings is two hours from Ennis, get fresh horses pony express. This is not the first time, will be the last however. $87.84 for what, BS

Packages lost in transit somewhere

I mailed one package on the 18th with the expectation of it arriving on the 23rd and it has still not arrived on the 26th I mailed 2 more packages on the 21st with the expectation it would arrive on the 24th because I paid extra for it and they're both still not there... I will be going back to ups at least it's a guarantee delivery.

Just when you think they are getting better

Just when you think they are getting better, you realize they aren’t really that much better. I mailed four packages. One package I paid extra to make sure it got there before Christmas, and it is the only package arriving late. How can they blame it on Weather when every single one of them were mailed at the exact same time? Two of the packages arrived early, one was going to the same state as the late package. That’s awesome they arrived early, but I really wanted that one package to get there early, or at the very least on time for what I paid for. What adds insult to injury is you are not allowed to contact USPS until much after it is supposed to be there. When simple communication could let someone know the package may have fallen and gotten lost somewhere and could possibly get it there on time.

Worse delivery system ever!

Only reason. I gave 1 star is because there's no 0! Sent package 2 1/2 weeks early on priority 2 day and still 10 days later still nothing! Customer service only says give few more days! They refuse to even put a tracer on it! Rediculus! And no help at all!!

USPS does not deliver on time and you…

USPS does not deliver on time and you can't get anybody to tell you anything about delivery except that it's running late. my package has been in transit for 2 weeks now and no one contacts me by phone or email to respond..

Package sitting in Chicago distribution center for 6 days

My package has been sitting in the Chicago distribution center since Dec 5th originally to be delivered to Somonauk on Dec 7th still not here on Dec 10th. One hour away from Chicago terrible service yet they are raising their rates????? Don't you think you should earn that right? I have notified Brome that unless they use FedEx I will be buying from another vendor... Do you jobs then ask for money! Very unprofessional and SLOW service!

Not trust worthy

USPS is the worst when it comes to making deliveries. They refuse to delivery packages to my home under the excuse of the hidden driveway being dangerous to drive. Yet, UPS, FED EX, and Amazon drivers have driven in and out with little to no trouble, depending on the season. USPS has a habit of dropping my packages off at a neighbor's house. Said neighbor who has dementia. The last time this happened, his caretaker almost got hurt trying to retrieve my package from him. My last two packages have gone missing. I'm upset over this due to that costing me $130 total. After addressing the first missing package to USPS, they finally decided to start leaving delivery slips in my mailbox for items too big for the mailbox. This is something they should have been doing from the start. I'm rather upset they didn't bother to reimburse me for their failure to properly deliver my packages.

THE WORST US POSTAL SERVICE IN MIAMI

The POSTAL SERVICES DELIVERY PERSONNEL are very unprofessional and DISHONEST causing a lot of missing/lost packages to the residents of the building where I reside!I'm a DISABLED PERSON and this situation is affecting my health tremendously! I have reported this issue several times to the US POSTAL SERVICES directly and I was assured that this won't happen again but it is still happening nonstop! This is ABUSE and has to stop immediately! Please!

Worst option by far

Worst option by far Ups or FedEx is worth the extra cost.3 days late again, it's like this every single time and it gets so far away for some reason and then comes all the way back.It used to be an hour away at the distribution center and no goes about 8 hours before coming back to the same distribution point every timeI would give it zero stars if allowed
