Not a happy customer at all

I bought a Washburn "Jumbo" Acoustic guitar online through GC. I spoke with a technician online about assisting me with selecting a proper case for it. When I received the guitar in the mail, the Washburn "Jumbo" Acoustic guitar was actually a mini jumbo so not what I was looking for at all AND the guitar case that I specifically asked for help with did not even come close to fitting the guitar. Maybe Washburn should not label a mini acoustic guitar as a Jumbo Acoustic. Called GC customer service to ask about returning the guitar and case and was told the easiest way to return was to go to my local GC store. For me, my local store is an hour away but I went to the store in Brentwood TN and returned the gear. Was hoping to find an acoustic guitar there but did not so one of the associates helped me order a Ibanez Altstar Guitar and again helped me pick out the case to order as well. I received my guitar yesterday and love it. However, the case the associate helped me order DOES NOT FIT this guitar. I secured the guitar in the case and the first time I picked it up, I felt the guitar move in the case. There is too much space in the lower bout width to keep this guitar from moving around in the case. So now, I want to return this case to GC only to see that if I do it by mail, I have to pay shipping and handling charges. Had your associates assisted me with ordering the right size case in the first place, I would not have to be returning the case! I am not driving two hours round trip to return the case. I am hoping GC will do the right thing and reimburse my shipping and handling charges as this was caused by your employee. Also, maybe all your technicians could use more training on how to properly select a guitar case to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you.

Refuses to help me get a Russian version of the game I bought a decade ago working in English. Not paying twice, good thing there's always torrents as a backup! On a more general note- just a greedy company in so many ways, I don't think I need to repeat anyone else's feedback- just read what others say, they're right.

Plain, simple and powerful

I've used several email campaigns apps before, and found Brevo to be plain simple in sending workflow, template creation, and UI. No endless drill downs trying to find what you need, all is very intuitive, even for starters.Price is also very reasonable, with options to upgrade as you go, even on a monthly plan.Great Job, Brevo! Bravo!

If I could give it less than one star

If I could give it less than one star, I will. First, I can’t remember the last time I got a fully correct answer from the so-called “experts”. I end up getting it wrong and getting a grade that I would have gotten without the help of the “experts”. The “comment” feature was taken away so there’s no way to let the “expert” know that they’ve answered the question wrong or that they didn’t even answer at all. The comment section was also a way to communicate with the expert to get information they may not have included originally in the answer. So now, if you need further help or if a question is answered incorrectly, you have to repost the question again and often times, they just copy and the exact incorrect answer from the previous time you asked the question. For the price they charge, you’d expect way better service. Anyway, I’m on my last lap of subscription, once this month’s is up, I’m completely unsubscribing from this atrocious site.

Rubbish customer service

If anything goes wrong, your problem won't be sorted. We booked a hotel and an upgraded room and never got that and at least 10+ agents keep asking for receipt for extra charges. I have informed them that no payment was given to the hotel and agoda took the payment. We paid extra for an upgraded room through agoda and could have chosen a normal triple room. They keep sending the same automated email asking for receipts from hotel. I am going to avoid booking with agoda in the future.

Not trust worthy

USPS is the worst when it comes to making deliveries. They refuse to delivery packages to my home under the excuse of the hidden driveway being dangerous to drive. Yet, UPS, FED EX, and Amazon drivers have driven in and out with little to no trouble, depending on the season. USPS has a habit of dropping my packages off at a neighbor's house. Said neighbor who has dementia. The last time this happened, his caretaker almost got hurt trying to retrieve my package from him. My last two packages have gone missing. I'm upset over this due to that costing me $130 total. After addressing the first missing package to USPS, they finally decided to start leaving delivery slips in my mailbox for items too big for the mailbox. This is something they should have been doing from the start. I'm rather upset they didn't bother to reimburse me for their failure to properly deliver my packages.

Extremely Extremely extremely worst service ever. Who’s gonna chief he/she has to resign and whole management team should be resigned straight away. Who will gonna responsible if we don’t go our work in time for your stupid services and stuffs???? We cost money a lot for travelling still we don’t know when we will reach out. Today I had to cancel my duty for your train cancellation this is not one day every day drama of TFL. Who will gonna pay me now? Strongly recommend to setup new management and obviously responsible personal.

Very poor customer service, bought a phone in Europe and then moved to USA. I thought a global brand like Samsung would have my back but instead refused to fix my phone cause International. I have a frame, tablet, earphone, phone and watch I will get rid of all of that on ebay

American Express will not do a proper…

American Express will not do a proper investigation involving scammers. All a scammer needs to do is provide a fake USPS tracking number and American Express will immediately close the investigation in the scammer favor. It doesn't matter if postal inspectors are involved, etc.. Bottom line: they protect scammers more than consumers.
