CY192973113USI paid for a false invoice from Better Health Internationalfor 246 USD /278 USD/3370 SEKregarding customs for shipment to Sweden.For such orders I ALWAYS pay for customs and taxes to the Swedish company POSTNORD. This time I did pay 5450 SEK for this order with another tracking number.I have had such orders about 30 times without such a false extra invoice. I want this money back for this false invoice sent from Better Health International.Pls give me a valid email address to contact you in person, You have my email address.Who else can help me with this?

usps sucks

The website is terrible, nothing ever works, customer service is awful, and on top of that, shipping costs more if you send from the office. It's all frustrating

Awesome experience with USPS

Awesome experience will on the phone with USPS.After being locked out of my postal account I was prepared for the worst. That di not happen.I was put on hold and able to choose from 5 different music genres. That’s a Wow!Then my phone call was taken in the first song. Another wow!The person helping went through some hoops with me and stayed on the line to make sure everything set up ok. Seriously, I was blown away.The person was helpful, courteous and professional.It was an amazing experience.

Horrible service from Government Clowns

Horrible service, these clowns have no clue how to manage or even deliver the mail or packages. Ive had packages that were as close as 10 miles away just to be sent all the way back across the country 2000 miles away. Then lost for weeks! Need to get rid of the USPS completely and start over with a company that knows how to do the job right the first time. This has happened to many many many times.

I am sick to my stomach with USPS - I purchased some items from Macy's on 11/25/23 and all were delivered as always by USP to my door except for this package Today, I got the email that it was delivered by USPS and nothing is in the mail BOX and no key was left for the locker?????? I NEED THE USPS IN PFLUGERVILLE OR WHO EVER IS RESPONSIBLE TO DELIVER THE SHOES FROM MACY'S - WHO EVER TOOK IT, OR STOLE THE PACKAGE TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO OUR MAIL BOX. The post office has lost all respect, not trusted and ABSOLUTELY NOT CREDIBLE. YOU ARE A JOKE!!!! *** AND YES, i AM ALSO WAITING FOR MY PACKAGE THAT WAS also MAILED FROM UK-London as well ****I have already filed another search or recovery claim !!!!!FIND IT !!!!!!ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE - JUST EMAIL AND PATHETIC EXCUSES – **, And NOW this ???? please have the person who documented my package from Macy's as delivered on 12/2/23 to bring back my package!!! You have caused me so much anxiety and stress - I will CONTINUE TO ADVOCATE FOR THE POST OFFICE TO BE PRIVATIZED
