Just when you think they are getting better

Just when you think they are getting better, you realize they aren’t really that much better. I mailed four packages. One package I paid extra to make sure it got there before Christmas, and it is the only package arriving late. How can they blame it on Weather when every single one of them were mailed at the exact same time? Two of the packages arrived early, one was going to the same state as the late package. That’s awesome they arrived early, but I really wanted that one package to get there early, or at the very least on time for what I paid for. What adds insult to injury is you are not allowed to contact USPS until much after it is supposed to be there. When simple communication could let someone know the package may have fallen and gotten lost somewhere and could possibly get it there on time.
