Try to use the Integration Facebook Audiences and it says its available on New Mailerlite for which I have to pay Again.Spoke to the Rep and he says they do not allow Refunds. So Now I need to pay Again to use the New MailerLite ...... I even asked the rep, I am willing to pay the difference. But no .... What is this some kind of joke ? You think we have money just lying around ? Not allowing Old users to Migrate and Launching a New Platform is the Crappiest thing you can do to your Old Trustworthy Customers.UPDATE 1 = 10th JUNE 2022 : Just Emailed me like Bots, No Resolution Offered. Not Even Partial Refund Offered. Wonderful.UPDATE 2 = 21st JULY 2022 : Shameful Company. Did not even bother to get back to me laters. I decided to ditch their so called New / Improved Platform totally. Waiting for the Year to End for the Old Platform Subscription and will move over to Some Other Email Platform. Also The Facebook Audiences thing I Automated using Integrately. No Need for these Helpless Crooks.

In the uk, the regional licensing has made crunchyroll basically useless, I don't see the point in this streaming service, if you can't put a decent show on your site, why make it available in this country. Literally seems like a scam at this point... you make it look really great at first, but the more you look, the more you realise that the majority of shows on there are only there cause they couldn't get licensing for something better. Don't bother it's not worth it

I went to BP Mount Maunganui to get some fuel, well I ordered a iced latte which the boy serving me didn't know how to do that then when i finally got to order my iced latte there was 2 indian ladies making coffees. They had about 4 coffees plus my 1 iced latte to make and they were standing in front of the coffee machine arguing in their language but their body language was disappointing, you could fully tell that they were having a full on argument 1 of them was even yelling at the other one. I was so disgusted at the behavior I asked for a refund, but when I asked for it one of the ladies said to me "we can talk and make coffee" i said to her "yea but you guys aren't though instead your both standing there arguing infront of all your customers" the manager was happy to give me a refund. I must say, this isn't the first time this has happened, it happened while my work friend was there also.

Extremely poor customer service. Simply unbelievable, on top of a very nasty technical issue you have there(finally confirmed by your team too) causing emails to fly around to people who should not get it.I doubt mailchimp team gives any monkeys to check how satisfied their customers are but if you do and read this review, go and check the ticket 10077575, just get into the dates and how long it took for you to declare the bug with no workaround

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT share your personal or professional information with this company. As soon as I posted by resume, I received numerous spam calls as well as spam texts. However, the worst issue is that someone was able to get my identity and my bank information. Be aware if an opportunity is too good to be true it is not true. I received two emails for jobs that sounded fantastic and paid well, that were both scams!!!!

ASOS have cancelled my account as apparently I have abused their fair use policy. I have spent thousands with ASOS and never abuse the system, it’s not my fault their sizing is awful and product quality is terrible. Customer service team were useless, when I asked or a subject data access request as is my right under GDPR, they left the chat.

Support is very helpful when tryin to resolve an issue and was quick to help find an answer that suited my needs. A support member was very helpful in teaching me about features such as bulk support which have been vital in my use with the tool.
