I went to BP Mount Maunganui to get some fuel, well I ordered a iced latte which the boy serving me didn't know how to do that then when i finally got to order my iced latte there was 2 indian ladies making coffees. They had about 4 coffees plus my 1 iced latte to make and they were standing in front of the coffee machine arguing in their language but their body language was disappointing, you could fully tell that they were having a full on argument 1 of them was even yelling at the other one. I was so disgusted at the behavior I asked for a refund, but when I asked for it one of the ladies said to me "we can talk and make coffee" i said to her "yea but you guys aren't though instead your both standing there arguing infront of all your customers" the manager was happy to give me a refund. I must say, this isn't the first time this has happened, it happened while my work friend was there also.
