Awful experience

ASOS have cancelled my account as apparently I have abused their fair use policy. I have spent thousands with ASOS and never abuse the system, it’s not my fault their sizing is awful and product quality is terrible. Customer service team were useless, when I asked or a subject data access request as is my right under GDPR, they left the chat.
