So I signed up and Pay $126 for the Yearly PLan. Try to use the Integration Facebook Audiences and it says its available on New Mailerlite for which I have to pay Again.Spoke to the Rep and he says they do not allow Refunds. So Now I need to pay Again to use the New MailerLite ...... I even asked the rep, I am willing to pay the difference. But no .... What is this some kind of joke ? You think we have money just lying around ? Not allowing Old users to Migrate and Launching a New Platform is the Crappiest thing you can do to your Old Trustworthy Customers.UPDATE 1 = 10th JUNE 2022 : Just Emailed me like Bots, No Resolution Offered. Not Even Partial Refund Offered. Wonderful.UPDATE 2 = 21st JULY 2022 : Shameful Company. Did not even bother to get back to me laters. I decided to ditch their so called New / Improved Platform totally. Waiting for the Year to End for the Old Platform Subscription and will move over to Some Other Email Platform. Also The Facebook Audiences thing I Automated using Integrately. No Need for these Helpless Crooks.
