We are promoter that do festivals. Since Covid started, Eventbrite has gone under radar. They do not respond to existing clients but they will however call you if you are a new business. They are falsely advertising events that have been cancelled to continue collecting money. They are fraud and they need to be shut down. If you are a victim, contact the SF District Attorney's office at (628) 652-4324. There is an investigation and a class action lawsuit is being filed on behalf of customers and promoters.

I had issues with a slow response from customer service at first and was very frustrated but Marilyn apologized for the inconvenience and did everything she could to change my opinion of the service including walking me through how to make changes step by step and answering every question I had in a timely manner so it changed my opinion entirely.

YEAH SO HYPED TO FIND OUT THE SHOE LACE KEPT UNRAVELLING AS HE PLAYED..ANOTHER PLAYER HAD THE SAME SHOE ON BUT A DIFFERENT COLOR AND HIS SHOE LACE CAME LOOSE AS WELL. SO ANTHONY YOU MEAN TO TELL ME I NOT ONLY WASTED MY TIME WAITING ON LAUNCH, BUT THE ONLY THING MY SON WANTED WAS YOUR SHOE AND HE STILL CAN'T WEAR IT BECAUSE YOU ALL CHOSE TO SCREW US OVER WITH DOLLAR TREE SHOE LACES!! MY SON WAS SO DISAPOINTED HIS GAME WAS OFF WE LOST BY 4 POINTS AND HE PULLED THE SHOES OFF AND JUST THREW THEM IN THE CORNER.. MY SON AVERAGES 25 POINTS MINIMUM A GAME HE BARELY REACHED THAT BECAUSE THE SHOES WERE LOSE ON HIS FEET AND HE KEPT TRIPPING OVER HIS LACE.. NOT COOL ANTHONY EDWARDS AND ADDIDAS!!! NOT COOL!!!

Took 3 weeks to deliver my parcel and on the shipping label they didn't put the Company name as the address is a business one, but it was in the order confirmation email. Had to go and check the other companies if they receive my parcel which is so much hassle.

As usual, QuickBooks support was long-winded and ineffective. I wasted nearly an hour trying to find a solution that was actually available, but I just didn’t know it was there. The support documentation doesn’t have the information, and the support chat could have provided me with the info in minutes, WITHOUT even needing to know who I was. I only changed from FreeAgent to QuickBooks as my new accountant uses QuickBooks... what a terrible choice that was. FreeAgent is wonderful by comparison.

Flipkart promotion team not allowing to give honest review about the product. i am certified buyer but i was not happy and wanted to post review they rejected my review. In terms of call center services there is no skilled representative and supervisor to address issues on time. they just drag time. From past 11 days they are extending timeline only with out giving any resolutions.. There supervisor and representatives having no updates of my various complaints. i don't know why flipkart is not take customer complaints seriously..

I travel by bus and train everyday and usually it takes an hour to an hour and half to travel back home . Not today it has taken me over three hours to go home due to the delays of buses and trains. This is the only way I can go home , hopefully this doesn’t happen tomorrow

The fees are high even as a coinbase one customer. Customer service is better as a coinbase one member.But they froze my account and it required almost tow months to unfreeze it and customer service was IMPOSSIBLE. The members continually read the same script and asked the same questions. Then, when setting up my wallet they did not advise me correctly and it cost several hundred dollars. Someone else correctly advised me and I was back in business. Thenkfully, I had my account empty and in my wallet when they were hacked and had $400 million stolen from accounts becore they stopped it.

Wish I could give zero, I have fiat and LTC that I wish to withdraw to my Kraken wallet, Crypto will not let me do so and puts every hurdle in the way (oh but I can buy currency easy enough). Still waiting on the specialist as strangely enough CC says the 2FA code is incorrect (it isn’t) so that I can take y ones elsewhere. Absolutely shocking company…..AVOID!!!?
