As usual, QuickBooks support was long-winded and ineffective. I wasted nearly an hour trying to find a solution that was actually available, but I just didn’t know it was there. The support documentation doesn’t have the information, and the support chat could have provided me with the info in minutes, WITHOUT even needing to know who I was. I only changed from FreeAgent to QuickBooks as my new accountant uses QuickBooks... what a terrible choice that was. FreeAgent is wonderful by comparison.
