I had no knowledge about SEO before but today I am a guru in just with Rank mathsI’ve been using Rank Math for a while now, and it’s by far the best SEO plugin I’ve tried. The setup was super easy, and the interface is user-friendly. I love the built-in schema markup, AI-based suggestions, and the keyword analysis tool. It has helped improve my website’s rankings without much effort. Plus, the free version offers way more features than other SEO plugins. Highly recommend it!

Easy to use and get started on, great features. Support has gone downhill recently

I'm a Shopify partner and expert. I've build many stores on Shopify and have built and manage an app on the Shopify app store. I like lots of things about Shopify - it's easy to get started, and it has so many great tools to help merchants and users scale their businesses. I still recommend it to all of my clients.Unfortunately the support has gone downhill recently. I'm guessing they have moved their CSR employment overseas, and it shows. It's hard to get a hold of anyone, the AI bot is the worst, and when I do get in touch with someone they are not knowledgeable. Most of my questions are very straightforward, but it's such a huge pain to get in touch with anyone that I dread anytime I have to reach out to Shopify customer support.

Dodgy

Dodgy! Their alliance is with the supplier as opposed to the customer.I complained because an item supplied was not as described (universal fit). In fact it was size specific - a point not stated on their advert. Rendered the item supplied as 'not as advertised'/ 'misleading' and therefore worthless.PayPal took the approach that such misleading info is reasonable!! No refund.

Don't buy Panasonic.

I bought my mother a new land phone. A Panasonic KX – TGF380. The two remote phones had tremendous static. I tried to call for help and got hung up on five times. Other Panasonic sites want to charge you nine bucks for help. The phone only cost $100. Here we are with a new phone that doesn't work properly and no support.

Changing a bank account has been an absolute nightmare. Funds have been held for more than 2 weeks now & continued back & forth emails & calls. No regard for small business that need the money to survive. Everything is a lot of effort would happily go back to our old provider

I figured a bad review might trigger someone to get back to me. As i have been TRYING to get help/proper set up since 12/28/23!!.. I have sent numerous emails.. spent hours and hours on the phone being transferred to different support departments, disconnected numerous times. You took my 199$ and keep trying to charge me my monthly fee.. Yet NOONE has been able to help me.. we cannot use the system without paying for fee ( that rightfully i should not be charged ) Sales rep ignores all emails customer support ignores all emails. This is NOT what i signed up for..SOMEONE needs to get back to me as this affects our business not being able to process credit cards

Like all Microsoft products just terrible

They are completely incapable of distinguishing junk from regular emails. I keep the email account open because it’s the one I used to open a couple of accounts that I don’t want to lose and I don’t wanna bother changing the email address so I only get maybe one or two emails a day and they are all the most obvious phishing scams and other junk that any other email provider in the world would filter out. So don’t use this garbage email. Just don’t. I won’t use Gmail because I refuse to be spied on and that’s the same problem with Outlook. In my case I have a private email address with a separate email provider that nobody spies on. It’s worth the $20 a year - I highly recommend using anything except Outlook. And don’t even get me started on their outlook app — it is so bad. Even the fancy paid version from my company is just terrible. Totally non-intuitive and for some reason Microsoft seems to think everybody should click three times before they close any screen. First you have to save, then they want to ask you are you sure you want to save, and then it saves but stays open and then you have to answer are you sure you want to close it — this is all of their products right now that I’m describing including word excel etc. etc. — it’s the most ridiculous programming in the world and it seems to date from the late 90s. Use a provider that’s working in the 21st-century.

Unwilling to take accountability for damaging my work gear

Delta made me check my carry-on pelican case while boarding the plane, even though there was ample room in the overhead bins above my seat. I originally hadn't been willing to check my bag as it contained all of my work gear and I wanted to keep a close eye on it. When I got home I found out that they had rifled through all of my belongings and misplaced part of the protective foam insert (making the case useless) as well as indents in both of my laptops. My speakers cut in and out on one of my laptops now and is not fit for work purposes. So they RUINED my pelican case and devalued BOTH of my laptops.I didn't have any time to file the claim when I got home and the next day after I finished my claim, I received a response informing me that I was outside the 24-hour window that their policy allows for, and they were closing my case. Their smug representative assured me that they will exceed my expectations in the future, what a joke! I was only asking the equivalent of 2 flights to repair my work gear and they would've made a lifelong loyal customer out of the ordeal, but their cost analysis must be poorly lacking.

Extremely poor customer service

Upon arriving at the Chase Bank on Providence road in Virginia Beach, I was told I would wait a few minutes and offer to seat. There was only one teller working and the person at the counter must have had an incredibly difficult transaction because we waited for 15 to 20 minutes. The check I was attempting to cash was a Chase Bank check from my insurance company. After waiting again for her to go and speak to someone else she comes back to tell me that she can't cash the check as I don't have an account there. She also stated it's over the limit that they're allowed to cash. So what I did was totally waste a half hour of my life.

Dreadful customer service. They don't care about you or your business. THis is the first time I've ever left a bad review. I am so mad that squarespace has no empathy for business customers and does not listen. They removed a key ecommerce feature, and completely crippled my store. I've lost lots of money now and they don't care. Don't even bother if you are trying to run a business.

Its only an invoice system that is missing basic tools. I'll like to be able to:- send proposal/estimate "link" to client - Edit the subject when I send a proposal to a client - Create categories of my services and track income for each category. Hope this helps to improve the system.
