I purchased a ticket and logged in to get it only to be told my account was locked and I couldn't do anything. All emails I sent, including to the host of the ivent I was going were ignored. They had no problem taking my money and keeping me from what I paid for. I consider this company a scam and will make sure everyone I know passes it on. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!!

The Nest IQ Outdoor camera has been broken three times within the same amount of years. At first it was changed everytime because it wasn't under warranty. But now that the warranty is finished I am stuck with a broken camera. The camera was broken for the exact the same reason everytime. The reason that I was given by the customer support, is the weather conditions. It is a strange reason, when the camera is made for outdoors. I live in Netherlands and I bought the camera in Netherlands, so the weather conditions are know by Nest and the camera should be able to handle such conditions. In the same house I also use a Logi Circle Outdoor camera which is almost 3 times cheaper and I never had any problems. The weather conditions are exactly the same for either cameras because they are installed in the same house. I felt betrayed by Nest/Google. They simply replaced the camera every time until the warranty runs out.

I wish had read the reviews first! Shockinly awful customer service, no replies for days - live chat is useless, takes hours and then they disappear. How they can offer a business platform, and offer no service when needed is incredible in this day and age. If only I had checked here first! Don't waste your time

I have purchased online product (Seagate Plus Slim 1TB wired external hard disk drive) seller: RetailNet on 18th September 2018, but it was not working from starting onwards. I have given complain about product to Customer Support (CS) on 26th Sept. before due date of return (27th Sept). I got message and email from CS that “Please be assured that we'll look into this and get back to you with an update within two days”. CS told me on phone that we will not replace the product, you provide bank detail, and we will transfer money to your account. After continuous email and telephonic talk with CS, they did not respondent properly and transfer money to my account.(I have proof for this product). I send mail to flipkart CEO( Mr. Kalyan Krishnamurthy, dated 10th October, he didn’t respond my email. Finally Flipkart has send mail dated 17th October that product will be neither replace nor transfer the money to your account. The seller will not be able to fulfil your return request for the item. In case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand. Flipkart has also not given warranty card for the product.One time I had purchased Micromax LED TV 43inch dated 11th Sept 2017. During purchasing time, they had written on website that if you pay by Debit/Credit card, you will get cash back 10% of price but till now they didn’t paid.(I don’t have proof for this case because it was showing on his website). They have cheated me in both cases. I am sending this message so that others should not suffer like me.Please pass this message if you think good for relatives and friends. B. K. Singh

The condition of the property I'm staying is dirty and not matching what it was advertised on Agoda. I tried to ask Agoda to assist as the property didn't want to do anything about it. Agoda can't get a hold on the property. Agoda asked me to wait up to 72 hours as I will already depart Lyon where I'm traveling at the moment. This is not helping my current situation. I'm very disappointed at both Agoda and the property I'm staying.

Totally fail to provide any access to their website for blind people attempting to contact them for help, Noting Ratigan states he is an envoy for disabled people, he does not provide any means for disabled people to access him or their x.com website and when you have to pay your local church to help you contact them to ask why they lie and do not support disabled people or to access their site.They block you. I am waiting to add photographic evidence along with inaccessible emails. Please avoid, they ask for your date of birth straight away, not sure why and refuse to let you go any further if you dont put it, when they state it is optional.Having been made aware that they also take payment fees, from people who do no longer use their deceitful website.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Lyft that I feel compelled to share. My driver was significantly late, and despite my building being easy to locate, she struggled to find it. This was compounded by a communication barrier, as the driver did not speak English, making it difficult for me to redirect her when she went the wrong way.Moreover, the driver's choice of routes was poor, and I observed her engaging in phone calls, texting, and even FaceTiming during the ride, which I believe compromised our safety. Additionally, even though I adjusted the drop-off location to a nearer point due to the delay causing me to miss a class (which incurred a $15 fee), I was charged for the full originally planned ride.This experience has left me questioning several of Lyft's policies and practices:1. **Driver Qualification:** Ensuring drivers have a good understanding of local geography and safe driving practices is crucial.2. **Customer Service Accessibility:** The absence of prompt customer service options to address such issues is concerning.3. **Communication Skills:** Employing drivers who can at least basicly communicate in the local language would greatly improve the service experience.4. **Driver Conduct:** The use of mobile devices for calls or texting while driving should be strictly prohibited.5. **Refund Policy:** There should be a clearer policy for refunds or compensation when a ride significantly deviates from expectations.This ordeal was deeply frustrating and has made me reconsider using Lyft in the future. I'd give a negative if I could. The 1st envy worked for around 3 weeks. After several idiotic reps that I could barely understand, HP sent a "replacement"that was the same model. And then I got the same issues. And I still got idiotic reps from HP and useless chat "reps". The printer is paid off, so I'm sitting with a 2nd printer that doesn't work, morons from HP I can barely understand, and nine of them know how to help me with this stupid printer.
