I'd give a negative if I could. The 1st envy worked for around 3 weeks. After several idiotic reps that I could barely understand, HP sent a "replacement"that was the same model. And then I got the same issues. And I still got idiotic reps from HP and useless chat "reps". The printer is paid off, so I'm sitting with a 2nd printer that doesn't work, morons from HP I can barely understand, and nine of them know how to help me with this stupid printer. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
