I've never seen such a horrible customer support team like this one.. They NEVER support the SELLER no matter what.. I sold a printer that is 100% FUNCTIONAL and is THE SAME EXACT one that was in the listing.. The buyer took a couple of pictures of the actual printers and you can see it THE SAME. The buyer did not include pictures of the ISSUE. She just claimed she did not receive it the same item ( scammer)... It took Mercari Team less than 2 min to approve the return WITHOUT asking me to provide a proof of what I shipped ( I have a video of me testing that ITEM before I packed it).. They SUPPORT SCAMMERS because they ARE SCAMMERS will all those fees that keep going up within the year... They always claim they support both sides, but THEY NEVER DO.. I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN.

I signed up last year as it looked good. It wasn't for me and stopped using it months ago.I was surprised that I had signed up for automatic renewal, as I don't remember doing it. Now waiting for a refund. Their online help was useless as they didn't recognise my email. Strange as they emailed me to say they were taking my money. Emailed for refund and they are not responding. Cancelled my subscription online so won't get robbed again.They have ignored my request for a refund, BUT responded to say they are sad to see I have cancelled online. I'm sure they will miss the money they got from me by dubious means.

It's a really good service however the the Customer Service is trash and they don't care about the people that helped them build to what they were. I've been with this service on the free plan for several years. It's been pretty good. I've even inquired about the "custom plans" they offer because I definitely wanted to pay for the service however they don't actually offer custom plans they just do what they want. Their tiers of service don't make sense going from the free plan to the paid plan. I have different needs then their bottom tier and would have to pay quite a bit for something close to what I need. This is where I tried to work with them but stayed on the free plan instead because they didn't know how to work with customers or take useful feedback. Recently they decided that many people were using for commercial use. Apparently I'm one of them and will be booted from the service in a few days. They have no respect and just like every other company that grows they decide they want to drain clients dry rather than making things reasonable. I tried, and would have loved to stay however they aren't receptive to what is actually needed and it's a shame. Good Riddance.

After making a reservation, I was promised $200 off my stay if I stayed on the line to register with their Hilton Honors program. After getting everything they needed, the agent hung up without telling me how to get my discount.I contacted both Hilton Honors and Hilton Grand Vacations about redeeming that discount. I was redirected 5 times by people who were unable to help me and eventually sent to a phone line that was closed.

Great customer service! They took care of an issue we had very promptly and efficiently. Me and husband wanted to buy artwork for our home and we discovered Fine Art America on line. I read some of the reviews and even though there were many positive reviews when it came to having a problem with your artwork there were reviews stating customer service was horrible. That they were not responsive in addressing issues and that people were not getting refunds.We did decide to order. We were very happy with the quality. No problems. We ordered a few more times and one of the larger pieces of art came in a little damaged. We called customer service. They answered quickly. They said that someone would be getting back to us with instructions of what we needed to do. We received a response within an hour. We sent a picture and a few days later we received a full refund to our account. During that time the person handling the issue kept us updated throughout the whole process. We appreciated the experience and will be ordering more art work from them!!

Out of all my online Chipotle orders, there is always a problem with the food. I ordered a chicken burrito and they gave me a whole different kind of burrito which I never asked for. If you order in-store instead, you can guarantee a meal that you are satisfied with.

Unreasonable contract rule. I received the price increase email from April, but had to wait until June to change the contract because a new roommate moved to my house that time and I needed her approval. The email stated that I had the right to cancel the contract until the beginning of July because of price change. I changed my contract to a cheaper service at the beginning of June, however the change only took effect on 24/6. Even then, I had to pay for the price of my old service for another month while internet quality had downgraded to my new service, because "the invoice came later than the change"??? Not only that, I received the price increase of the old service as well, because "switch the contract isn't the same as cancel a contract and create a new one". It's not the same but my minimum contract time still got updated to 2 new years?In summary, I had to pay for a whole month with the price of the old service (plus the price increase) while using the new service (lower quality), and apparently that's a thing in Vodafone. Waiting 10 min for Vodafone support to receive that terrible answer, and they even tried to sell me new mobile service after that.
