Unreasonable contract rule. I received the price increase email from April, but had to wait until June to change the contract because a new roommate moved to my house that time and I needed her approval. The email stated that I had the right to cancel the contract until the beginning of July because of price change. I changed my contract to a cheaper service at the beginning of June, however the change only took effect on 24/6. Even then, I had to pay for the price of my old service for another month while internet quality had downgraded to my new service, because "the invoice came later than the change"??? Not only that, I received the price increase of the old service as well, because "switch the contract isn't the same as cancel a contract and create a new one". It's not the same but my minimum contract time still got updated to 2 new years? In summary, I had to pay for a whole month with the price of the old service (plus the price increase) while using the new service (lower quality), and apparently that's a thing in Vodafone. Waiting 10 min for Vodafone support to receive that terrible answer, and they even tried to sell me new mobile service after that.
