Review of twilio
Don't take me wrong, I love Twilio : developer-friendly, always reliable, nice web interface, couldn't really ask any better. But the main drawback, IMHO, is the SMS pricing, which is 2 or 3 times the price of the competition for many destinations.I did contact support about this issue, but unless I could commit to a huge amount of SMS every month, they couldn't do anything about the pricing. So this reason alone makes me look for a competitor, and I'll end up leaving Twilio heartbroken.I would love to give you 5 stars guys, but please, revise your pricing! ;-)
Review of smartsheet
Previously a Fan - Not AnymoreI have used SmartSheet for years and been a huge advocate. Recently they have fallen behind their competitors on user interface and started pushing extremely overpriced add-on software that is practically worthless. Their launch packages have turned into sales pitches for $2,500-$10,000 add-ons for the software we normally pay $1,000 per year. I spent $5,404 for an upgrade and launch package and they never finished the project nor will they respond to my call or emails. Months later I asked for a refund and they responded favorably and then stopped responding - never received that refund. I will no longer suggest clients and friends use their software.

I had been told about Seat Geek but never tried it. When purchasing my tickets, my computer went right to your sight. I have to admitt I was a bit nervous about it.In the end it was easy and I was very satisfied, The only thing is it would be nice to see the venues true to form as it was hard when choosing seats and get an actual idea of my seats. I know this may not be you but the venue itself. Thank you for being reliable and honest. For below, not sure of exact date

Shocking! Ordered a sofa, got delivered in two parcels. unpacked it a couple of hours later to find there was no cover for it (old sofa already gone to the tip).Called them and told that the store had "forgotten" to add the covers but they would send then out via DPD for next day delivery. They checked the existing order number and I got a confirmation email.Covers were delivered the next day - but to our old address which is 110 miles away.Called them - apparently very sorry but told that "IKEA only offer apologies, not compensation."Great - so that's a 220 mile round trip to collect them then????

Terrible support. They have a chat bot that is very unhelpful and when it eventually directs you to a real person the link doesn't work and goes no where - Very frustrating. And that was to follow up discrepancies in their reports that appear incorrect.
