Trying to pay my mobile bill. Our credit card was compromised and had to be changed. We did this and have updated the payment method online. The payment for the last month is overdue but the online system does not accept the new payment. I chatted with the BOT and was then referred to a real person (sitting somewhere in the world with over 200 5-star reviews and nothing less (aaaaah company ethics????). Received a message that disconnection would happen on 17th and it has now triggered on 8th (first day back at work). Wasted a couple of hours trying to solve the problem. Need to get back to work.
