*edit* Wayfair promptly refunded our money for the couch. We still would not order from this company if meant getting a delivery that had to be assembled in our home. If they drop it off at the front door and we assemble it ourselves, we absolutely would order, as this worked out fine for us. We will purchase from a reputable company for an order that must be assembled. They clearly do not use a delivery service that can be counted on getting the job done. *Original* What went right is the question. Nothing. We ordered and paid for a couch, got a delivery date scheduled and waited 4 hours for the delivery. The delivery driver called and said sorry, I am not coming, we will reschedule. I was unhappy with this, but my husband did reschedule and the soonest delivery they could offer was a week later. The date was set and we got a text message saying sorry, we will not be coming. Then they rescheduled our delivery date, no consult on it, for the following week. We received a message stating that we would receive a call 30-45 minutes prior to arrival, this would not be a problem, my husband was 5 minutes away working and could drive home. I called and gave specific instructions that the delivery driver call my husbands phone number and not mine. I received a phone call at work saying this is wayfair and we are here at your house. I had to call my husband, who drove home. (I had the app open and they were already 11 minutes away from my house by the time he made the 5 minute drive home). They then send a message saying it will be a delayed delivery, while simultaneously sending a message asking for a good review. As of now, I have zero trust in the company's ability to deliver and assemble something in the home.
