I have been playing on Chanced for a few years now. I play 6 out of 7 days a week. I have dealt with many different support agents. The past few times I have contacted support I spoke with Rosco he is a terrific agent always has a quick response time, very professional and pleasant and always resolved the problems or questions I have had. He is Great at his job.

Review of amazon
I purchased a Oneplus phone on 19 September 2019 and a month later when I took it to Oneplus service centre, i was told that it is One_plus and a refurbished telephone. On contacting customer support they said it is not manufactured by Oneplus and I should contact the seller. This encouragement of trademark violation and cheating by Amazon is not expected from a Global company. They just washed their hands off

Review of fandango
Been a Fandango customer for years. Until I wanted to exchange tickets (prior to showing). Have done this many times in the past. App wouldn’t work. Site wouldn’t work. Called and they said the tickets “appeared to have been picked up”. Funny because we live in a different city and it wasn’t us. Fandango said they’d discuss with the theater and get back to us. Never happened. Customer service denied our request for a refund. Even refused a credit. Reps couldn’t even tell me why their “upper management denied the claim”. They didn’t appear to have any “notes” from them. Just frustrating I’m having to dispute a charge because someone on their team dropped the ball.
Review of duolingo
The latest update has completely changed the content and structure of my lessons. I have no idea what skills are in what section so there's no way to practice the set things I want to improve. The point system is ridiculous, I've lost progress. Absolutely hate the new format
Review of crocs
Radio silence on their side when asked for a refund because the strap of one shoe broke of after just a few hours of wearing them. It’s been almost three weeks since I e-mailed them with all the needed information and pictures. No answer yet. I did not expect this from a large company as them.
Review of zoom
My Auntie sadly died during this covid period and we decided to have a zoom meeting since we couldn't all get to the funeral. I logged in with the password but it gave me some sort of message saying I needed to dial in. I did so and we had a good meeting although someone mentioned my details were showing twice. I have had the shock of my life today. I have been charged £200 for that meeting. I am absolutely traumatised. The phone company don't want to know its disgusting that your funds can be pilfered in this way.

Review of nintendo
Used a few times to repair my switch when it was under warranty. I purchased mine in 2019 and my experience is based for back then. They did an excellent job repairing it however... If you know what you are doing it isn't that difficult to repair nintendo products your self. Cheaper alternative than spending a $$ to get it repaired. Plus you won't be without your switch for a whole month while it is undergoing repair. If your switch is out of warranty nintendo cuts you off cold turkey and refuses to help in any way. My switch is in need of a 3rd battery now. I tried to take it apart only to find out they had stripped several of the screws and now I have to find a way to undo their damage. Yet another thing I have to buy a batch of replacement screws. Thanks repair shop. You can easily cheaply buy replacement parts on amazon. Though at your own risk of replacing the parts. My switch is 6 yrs old have replaced several parts my self successfully over the years so long as it does not require soldering. I successfully replaced the battery on my n3ds as well to play through old games. If you are good at swapping out tech your self it is actually really easy. Play on your old devices first before you go live with your in use devices.
Review of newegg
Newegg sent me something that I no longer needed. I shipped it back for a whopping $40 because it was the cheapest I could find. They offer a mailing label but it was $20 deducted from my total and I thought I could get a better price. That part was on me, but still a frustrating experience. To top it off, they couldn't found the order when I sent it back! It took me almost a year after countless calls and emails proving I sent it back they gave me a portion of my money back. Overall the purchase was a $60 loss once they took away some restock fee. The item was a computer tower with very little accessories. I will never order from them again.
Review of macys
Ordered 3 items " same day delivery" on a Friday. By Saturday evening I still had nothing. Spend an hour of my time between 2 phone calls with customer service and each time the agent 3 ways call with " door dash" who is they contract out to. Over an hour of my time wasted. Macys claiming they can't do anything as I need deal with Doordash & Door Dash claiming it's Macy's I need deal with. Now it's Sunday night. Still nothing and at 7pm I get email stating order has been canceled. Unprofessional and who knows when my funds will credit back. Never again! The time I wasted in customer service calls that went nowhere I could have driven to mall myself. I was supposed to wear items yesterday which why I did same day.
Review of getyourguide
I was told about Get Your Guide by a friend, with any recommendation I'm always unsure until I experience it myself and wow, we booked two tours whilst in Rome. The app connected is with two amazing tour companies, who provided knowledgeable and passionate tour guides, everything was straightforward, including ticketing. I can't recommend this app highly enough and will use again in the future!

Do not share bank details with this organisataion without due care and consideration. This unprofessional, bunch of thieves, hide their chain of command and fail to action legitimate refunds, even when written evidence is provided. Monthly billing has continued to be illegally debited from our bank account with no one within the organisation willing to communicate or process our refund. In February, 2020 Linkedin confirmed in writing a premium account was closed but they failed to remove the direct debit and for three years we have been trying to find a manager/supervisor who will stop the over billing and yet to date the monthly premium is still being debited from our bank account which currently stands at £49.95 a month x 38 months that have passed creating a refund due of £1898.00
