Very happy with my oled 55g1 can not fault it at allBuild quality is amazing and very nice.Picture and sound is amazing with the new evo panel I like the fact all hdmi ports are 2.1 like some manafactures and all support 120hz gaming which I have tested with Xbox and ps5 and also love the new gaming dashboard there is nothing this tv doesn’t support very happy customer.If your looking for best tv out there I would highly recommend the LG oled 55g1 if u have the money couldn’t be no happier

Before i talk to Rod , I was upset and wanted a refund. However due to his attentiveness and professionalism, he listened, empathized, and was able to resolve the issues I was having and the best part is , he did the work himself and I can tell he didnt mind doing it . The 2 representatives I had before Rob were both terrible . My opinion Rod needs a promotion and a raise and he needs to train other representatives who are not as informative as he .

As other people reviewing this sham of a company have pointed out, they have absolutely no safeguards in place to prevent people from being scammed and an additional total of ZERO safeguards for people after they've been scammed.I've seen better customer service given to a guy who was threatening to shoot a cashier at a Burger King over his fries not being curly enough or some nonsense.They have absolutely no support if you don't have the order URL and you WILL NOT have the order URL if the shop you're buying from is scamming you because they can just deactivate the shop at a whim.In other words, throw your money in the toilet and take a fat dump all over it and it will be a more enjoyable experience than dealing with these clowns.

Porsche has literally hit rock bottom.They have manufactured more cars than they have chips for, and then are fobbing them off on customers with recalls and promises to make good on the chips, but rather than doing so, they continue to produce more new models - many with the "missing chips" and do not honor their promised recalls.This is deplorable and possibly illegal. If others have experienced the same, please join me in a class action suit unless Porsche changes their actions.

I raised a dispute through PayPal for an undelivered order placed with a plastics company two months ago. PayPal refunded me immediately. The only hassle was trying to upload pdf files to their dispute page but these weren't needed by PayPal. It was a huge relief to get the refund and saved a lot of time and distress of having to deal with the plastics company.

It's a company worth over a trillion dollars and they can't afford customer service. I has an issue that could have been solved in 5 seconds but the only options for help are to speak with a worthless robot or follow an equally useless set of self help links. I'm deleting my account and swearing off ordering from them again, I encourage others to do the same. Let's see how much money they save on customer service when Noone is a customer.

Disturbed by Orwellian dystopia? This company banned me for no reason after 2 years of me being rated top pro on their platform. I received no warning and was given no chances or explanation. I kept all emails including spam from this business for record, zero emails about this ban. After contacting them and emailing back and forth for days on end, they refuse to tell me why I was banned or re-activate my previously awarded account. They said it’s a “security risk” for them to tell me why they banned me. I also had over $80 in credits which they didn’t repay me. Then they deleted my previous review for being honest about how manipulative and self serving this billion dollar business is. Read other negative reviews, this is common behavior for them. STAY AWAY!
