Used a few times to repair my switch when it was under warranty. I purchased mine in 2019 and my experience is based for back then. They did an excellent job repairing it however... If you know what you are doing it isn't that difficult to repair nintendo products your self. Cheaper alternative than spending a $$ to get it repaired. Plus you won't be without your switch for a whole month while it is undergoing repair. If your switch is out of warranty nintendo cuts you off cold turkey and refuses to help in any way. My switch is in need of a 3rd battery now. I tried to take it apart only to find out they had stripped several of the screws and now I have to find a way to undo their damage. Yet another thing I have to buy a batch of replacement screws. Thanks repair shop. You can easily cheaply buy replacement parts on amazon. Though at your own risk of replacing the parts. My switch is 6 yrs old have replaced several parts my self successfully over the years so long as it does not require soldering. I successfully replaced the battery on my n3ds as well to play through old games. If you are good at swapping out tech your self it is actually really easy. Play on your old devices first before you go live with your in use devices.
