A while back, I bought a computer that included an all-inclusive McAfee package, including a virtual private network, aka VPN. I had trouble getting their VPN to work. I told them and they said that "it's a glitch." I asked them on more than one call or chat session, whether or not I need VPN, and they told me "Yes." So I eventually decided to buy their VPN and install their VPN app. I then had trouble using it. When I told them, they told me that it does not work because I already have a McAfee VPN, including their VPN app, so the double apps are interfering with each other. I asked them for a refund, but they refused. So they lied to me. They did not tell me that I already have their VPN BEFORE I bought the same thing from them, when I already have one for free.
