In the last few years, there has been...

In the last few years, there has been nothing at all I would want to watch on the BBC except for maybe the odd film. The BBC news is absolute one sided rubbish, chasing the wrong headlines. There is no funny comedies or good drama shows, they're all absolute rubbish. The quiz and entertainment shows are bottom of the barrel and I haven't watched Pointless since Richard Osman left as none of the co hosts are any good. And don't get me started on the sports coverage and Gary Linekar's huge salary and disgraceful comments comparing England to Nazi Germany...The BBC had it's day, but I'd rather not pay a TV license where all the money goes to the BBC. Channel 4 are a far superior channel, I mean even ITV are better tahn the BBC now and that's really going some!

Can't be trusted

I'm sorry to add my voice to the others who have also reported a bad experience. I've been looking for a very difficult to find remote control and they were the only ones who listed the specific model. Sadly, the Seller sent a different, incompatible model. After a very frustrating experience with Live Chat and with the Seller, I can say that I will never bother with them again. I provided photographic proof of the product listing compared to what I received. I included photos of the packaging as well at least 3 times and they STILL rejected it. Then they asked for a video so I gave them that. They like to call you a "valued customer" but that's a lie. Update: As anyone can see from their response, the right doesn't know what the left is doing. I actually got a refund but they continued to ask for more information.

I was a visitor for a week in…

I was a visitor for a week in Washington DC. I purchased alot of items from Target because of their promise of same day delivery. The funds came out of my card right away however, none of the items were delievered to me. Each agent I spoke to nicely dismissed me and said I cannot get a refund although I was due to leave the country the next day and they don't want to send who signed for the paclage and where it was left. This was my first time purchasing from Target and believe me, this is the last time. Rest assured, I will be spreading the word far and wide for a boycott.

Frustrating and dreadful experience

After being a playstation customer for over 20 years, I am very upset at the lack of competency and compassion shown when having log-in details. I have changed my phone number and so now cannot access 2-step authentification. In order to access my account to change the phone number involved, I need to use the 2FA, which I can't because I have a new phone. Support and maintenance is unavailable to help and I have been left to go round in circles. I'm reluctant to start a new account as there are lots of online purchases and downloads on my old one that I now cannot access because of a security system that has locked me out.

Customer Support terrible experience

I am writing you in regards to my displeasure with Sony and my PS4 plus subscription. The customer support is horrible. It is very hard to speak with someone and once you do (after hours of being on hold or having to call back) they are no help whatsoever. I called in December as my 16 year old son has a plus subscription which the family uses. Unfortunately we could not download mature games as the plus account was purchased under my son’s account and he is only 16. His plus subscription was about to expire and before I renewed it I wanted to see if there was a way to download mature content. I was told on the phone that this was not possible because he was only 16 yrs old. I was told that if I purchased a plus subscription under my account and let his expire I could download mature games and I would still have access to the games on his plus subscription . I purchased a new plus subscription under my account but when my son’s subscription expired we could no longer play any of the games that were originally downloaded under his old subscription account. The games did not transfer over. I called customer support and spoke to David who was not interested in helping me at all. He said there was nothing he could do and would not even provide me with his last name or an email to make so that I could make a formal complaint. I don’t understand why this has caused such a problem for me. The subscription to PS Plus has always been active within my family just under different users. I was given wrong advice, I have lost numerous games and I have no recourse. I am extremely upset that we do not have access to any of the games that were originally downloaded under my sons account. Seems so strange that such a prominent company has no email or complaint system in place.

Want to buy a gift for a gift for a couple of people in their 70s saw on site the senior citizens price was just over £100 for a couple and I thought this would be a great gift as price and a way of supporting a great Charity at a price I could afford but then I found out you only get a discount if you been a member for 3 years and the price was over £150 Which was more than I could afford I am sure I am not the only person in this country who is being priced out of the National Trust The C.E.O who earns a lot of money should should take in to account that not everyone income is as high has theirs and most pensions and working people only receive a year what they earn in a month and if the price was more reasonable they would get more income

Review of dropbox

Useful from Educational, Hobby or Professional

I've used Dropbox to carry out projects across a variety of working environments. From Educational (grad school), personal projects like multi-media or family sharing and also in my work.

Dropbox is an efficient and useful way to move files between multiple devices. The syncing is quick and the notifications are super helpful.

Another great thing about Dropbox is that I know my data is double-baked up in their cloud. It isn't my only point of backup, but at the very least I know I'm not going to lose a file if it is in the dropbox and my laptop get stolen or some other malady.

I've shared files with countless people at this point using folders on dropbox. No other product delivers as simply and nicely as this for file sharing.

I am being required to purchase this…

I am being required to purchase this for my high school student, even though his peers in other classes are getting theirs with charge. Ok fine, whatever; he's in computer science so I'll deal with it. Except half the time, if not more often, the program lags, won't load properly, or kicks him off of quizzes, etc. I think for such an expensive product for ONE CLASS it should work perfectly. And frankly, discounts should be given to those who are in HS or who only need this program for one class. It's completely overpriced.

Jayson Carl assisted me and he was able to set in motion the preffered resolution. I ordered what turned out to be a "unreturnable BrushCutter, Weed wacker." It trurns out that this product is from China. parts missing, instructions unclear, no company contact. There was QR code that took you to nowhere. Complete scam! but Jason, from Amazon, made it right. Never purchase anything from HZKJservice. Chinese nightmare!

Out of the blue, Facebook disabled my account, never gave a reason, had me download all my files, nothing there. I have no clue what this is about, the appeals require you to do it on Facebook, but Facebook won't let you in. One star is too generous for their total lack of customer service

Review of avast

Why I have been with AVAST for many years.

I am not computer savvy so all I can say is that I've been using Avast since 2016, this year will be nine years and I've use it on all three of my computers and I've have not had any bad experiences with any viruses, malware, or anything that can harm any of my devices. I always use the AVAST browser with no problems and I feel secure when I go online. I also love the Ad Blocker. I don't have those annoying ads pop up when I go on a website, and you can choose to have ads run on any page you want. You can turn the Ad Blocker on or off. The best part of being with AVAST is that sometimes I can't afford to pay for a subscription because I am retired and on a fixed income, and AVAST will let me get what I need at a lower cost. They really try to keep their prices low and I like that and that's why I have been with them for so long. They do a good job keeping your devices safe without breaking the bank. I don't think I will going anywhere else for security protection on my devices. AVAST is the best!
