After being a playstation customer for over 20 years, I am very upset at the lack of competency and compassion shown when having log-in details. I have changed my phone number and so now cannot access 2-step authentification. In order to access my account to change the phone number involved, I need to use the 2FA, which I can't because I have a new phone. Support and maintenance is unavailable to help and I have been left to go round in circles. I'm reluctant to start a new account as there are lots of online purchases and downloads on my old one that I now cannot access because of a security system that has locked me out.
