Shame On You AT&T

I'm only giving a 1 star because that's as low as I can go. I am totally frustrated with the rates, bill, service and customer service with AT&T. I am exhausted with calling them every month because of billing. They charge you ten dollars if you dont sign up for paperless billing and AutoPay. What a rip off! Not to mention all the blackouts they have. Maybe this is a sign to read books, because internet alone almost $100 a month & that's CRAZY WORK! No perks for your loyal customers, all the so called "deals" are for new customers only! Do better AT&T & Execitives. I am livid with this trashy service & sky high pricing.
