i was currently in the 4th QTR on Madden when a message from an unknown user name popped up. the message was telling me that my Fortnite account is very nice.so I naturally asked excuse me?to the reply your fortnite account is LIT. confused again i responded with Sorry i don't follow.this user then proceeded to give me my email address, password, and First name and told me that on this occasion he feels like being nice and wont fully hack me. but i should change my password as there are a lot of bad people out there (not him of course)naturally i called Xbox Customer service straight away to report the user and the activity as we all know that with those details he has all my card detailsaddress detailsfull nameall the info required to make accounts on sites like amazon and spend my money or worse. in speaking with customer service i was simply asked to change my password (baring in mind the user already has the email address so my password change will just notify him) and i can report his message and quote "i think that will be enough and the other team should investigate"i then tried to explain the severity of this and the fact the agent didn't even once ask for the users username or any kind of details about the "hacker" after me highlighting the security risk and this is more that just games and xbox'sthe advisor showed no compassion at all and didn't fully grasp the situation. when i asked to speak to someone higher they became very belligerent and refused stating there are no managers, supervisors or team leaders on site. when i then asked for a call back i was denied this. also was advised to set up a new Microsoft account , even though again i tried to explain all my brought content through xbox is digital so i would lose all access to this which is in the £1000's (14 year live member)i cant even begin to comprehend this service as i think they are missing the core issue here, my personal details including my home address where my 3 year old also lives is in the hands of an unknown person. at the end of the call i have no direction and i have no idea what to do and who to turn to. i have backed Microsoft and XBOX forever but now.. and in the day and age of GDPR... this is not the best experience****update 2nd call (I called back)****I have been told that they cant move or transfer my account for safety.. and if I report my account and the enforcement team don't deem I have been hacked my account will get shut down indefinitely.so my options are Wait to get compromised and then fight with themor report it and if they deem nothing is wrong lose 14 years of purchase and payments.

Review of duolingo
Duolingo: A Shameless Exploitation of Desperate LearnersDuolingo is not just a failure as a language-learning tool—it’s a calculated scheme that preys on vulnerable people desperate to learn a new skill. The app thrives on misleading promises, flashy gimmicks, and hollow gamification, all while delivering results so poor they border on fraudulent. This is not an educational tool; it’s a profit machine built on the pain and frustration of its users.1. Exploiting Vulnerable LearnersDuolingo’s entire business model is built on exploiting people who are eager to learn a new language—whether for career advancement, personal growth, or survival in a new country. These are individuals who place their trust in the app, hoping it will help them achieve their goals. Instead, they are met with an endless cycle of trivial exercises that do nothing to develop real-world skills. Duolingo preys on this vulnerability, stringing users along with addictive features like streaks and leaderboards while offering little substance in return.2. Dishonest MarketingThe dishonesty in Duolingo’s marketing is staggering. The app presents itself as a comprehensive solution for language learning, but this couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s nothing more than a shallow vocabulary game dressed up as education. The idea that users can become fluent or even conversationally competent through Duolingo is laughable—and yet this is exactly what the app implies in its advertising. This level of deceit is not only unprofessional but deeply unethical.3. Prioritizing Profits Over ResultsDuolingo’s primary goal isn’t to help people learn—it’s to make money. The aggressive push for Duolingo Plus subscriptions is proof of this. Users are bombarded with ads and constant reminders to upgrade, yet the premium version offers little improvement over the free one. Both versions suffer from the same fundamental flaw: they don’t work. Instead of investing in better pedagogical methods or meaningful content, Duolingo focuses on monetizing its user base through manipulative tactics.4. A Mockery of Language LearningThe actual content of Duolingo is an insult to anyone serious about learning a language. The lessons are repetitive, simplistic, and often absurdly irrelevant ("The bear drinks milk"? Really?). There’s no depth, no cultural context, and no preparation for real-world conversations. Grammar is treated as an afterthought, and listening/speaking skills are virtually nonexistent. This isn’t education—it’s busywork designed to keep users clicking so they can be served more ads.5. Lack of ProfessionalismFor an app that claims to revolutionize language learning, Duolingo demonstrates a shocking lack of professionalism and respect for its users. There’s no acknowledgment of its limitations or effort to provide realistic expectations about what it can achieve. Instead, it doubles down on its gamified facade while leaving learners stranded when they inevitably realize they’re not progressing.Final Verdict: A Disgraceful Cash GrabDuolingo isn’t just ineffective—it’s exploitative and dishonest. It takes advantage of people’s hopes and dreams for personal gain while delivering results so superficial they’re practically useless. If you’re serious about learning a language, avoid this app at all costs and invest your time and money in methods that respect your intelligence and effort.

I added a new domain and wanted to clone it and remove the old domain. I ran into an error, most likely from my own doing. I ended up using the chat support feature and was connected to Nikola, who was super swift and knowledgeable about fixing my issue. I appreciate the support team and their patience.

I bought a Lenovo Flex 2, around £700 as i needed a decent laptop for my apprenticeship that could run many advanced programs such as Unity, Blender and the Adobe Suite, from what i see if you buy products from here and it works as you expect it too, then you're fine, but if your products develops a fault, boy are you in for a ride. The laptop developed a fault within the first few week, the screen had a loose connection, so it would constantly lose connection to the motherboard, it still had power, but i would have to move the screen around a lot to find some sweat spot for it to stay active, i called Lenovo and they said they would send me a label for me to send it back, they also told me i would probably lose all data on the laptop, which i can understand but i still VERY frustrating, but also that it would take up to 10 days to repair? come on man, that's a ridiculously long time for just repairing a laptop...So i waited for the label that i never received, and called back a few weeks later, only to get the same customer services agent i did before, was someone with a foreign accent, after the long and frustrating conversations i had with him where i had to repeat myself way too many times because he could not understand me, i still got nowhere, he had my email address wrong the first time, and after he claimed to 'correct' it, i still did not receive and email, meaning he has STILL got it wrong. At this point i booted my laptop only to find now that is can't even boot from the hard drive, it has completely lost connection to the motherboard. In the end i called AGAIN and got the same guy AGAIN, to which i explained that my data is on that hard drive and i must access it, he forbid me to remove and access the hard drive and he said there's nothing i can do, so i demanded to speak to an MD, as soon as i said that he's like OH ACTUALLY MAYBE I CAN HELP, jeez.... he told me to unplug and reconnect the battery which soft resets the motherboard, so i could reboot and access the hard drive. Instead of a label i demanded a collection instead since apparently all my details are wrong. The collection arrived a day late and was also addressed to Tiler Court, oh boy, another simple detail of mine they got wrong, probably put Tiler in my email address too.I called again today, and finally got someone who spoke proper English, to confirm it is there and being repaired, it's been there for 10 days and is still not repaired may i add, but after speaking with this agent, i asked him to correct my details, changing both my email address and name to be correct and also informing me where the laptop will be delivered and how i will know, so thanks for help on that one, i think the agents name was Axel? (something that phonetically sounded like that anyway),Laptop arrives and have continued showing faults, i've given up, DO NOT PURCHASE.

I used both the free and paid tariffs. In the end, I'm staying on the free one, since everything suits me. The only thing is that you shouldn't expect a response from support with a free tariff, they take a very long time to respond, and they may not respond at all. But it's worth noting that I only contacted them twice over a very long time, and in those cases, it was my own fault. I recommend it!
