I got DOUBLE CHARGED for games and…

I got DOUBLE CHARGED for games and Microsoft will not refund. Their customer service directs you to fill out a refund request online. However, all the refund requests just come back with a generic "Not Eligible" email. I've requested this refund 3 times, literally spent 2 weeks on this. This is some type of a 90's monopoly all over again. It's like Comcast and AOL had a baby.
