Appalling customer support

Absolutely appalling customer support. I've been trying to get a proper response to a refund query for 10 days and the impression is that PS support just couldn't care less about customers. Email queries are supposed to receive a response within 48 hours - hasn't happened. I've had to continually pursue PS support, but still have received to proper response or resolution to my query. Possibly some of the worst online support I have ever encountered.
