AVOID - Repair Centre Is A JOKE

Purchased a RTX 4070 laptop from a retailer. Within the first few months the laptop had a fault where anything running on it would have a hardh stutter. The laptop was arranged by asus to be repaired which took over 20 days as the needed to "replace a part with spares" The laptop came back with scatches on the lid and with a non working overclocking button. Preparing to send it off for repair I took photos of the pristine condition of the laptop, knowing full well the condition of the laptop being sent of to be told that they did not do it when contacting their services was an insult.I am currently in the process of requesting a refund but AVOID ASUS. From my experience they don't care - imagine being a company that sends your laptop back repairing one thing and damaging others. TERRIBLE.

Clear Explanations

This site gives helpful explanations of ideas that internet users need to know. It's particularly useful for people like me that find the technology baffling. I'm always anxious I won't understand any information I'm given and will come away from it feeling stupider than when I started. On this site, though, essential points are expressed in chatty, everyday language and the reader isn't overloaded with lots of details. I recommend it as an excellent place to start if you're interested in finding out some basic facts about how the internet works. Like me, you might want to read some of the information two or three times in order to get to grips with it. But if you're quick on the uptake, you'll probably get it first time around, because the explanations are very clear.

1 star is being generous

1 star is being generous. The car is 6 months old, the infotainment system hasn’t worked for 5 of those 6 months. Raised the issue and they have been saying that the software team is working on it and the problem will be resolved in of the future OTA updates. No can tell me anything about when that update will come through. Could be in a week, a month or a year. The car is great and the supercharger network is awesome. Everything else is quite the opposite.

Review of tesla

Tesla range is exceptionally bad.

If I would have known the REAL range of these cars, I wouldn't have purchased one. I have a model 3 performance with a quoted range of 300 miles. I don't drive fast, I drive the speed limit on the highway, which is 75mph. The range testing was at 70 mph, so, ok, I figure I will lose a little because I'm going a little faster. Try losing 33% range. I only get 208 miles of range, although Tesla tells me this is normal. I would not recommend Tesla to my friends and family.

Complete waste of time and money

Complete waste of time and money. We expected the implementation of Salesforce to enhance and streamline the business rather we got scammed into costly integrations and development we didn't need, the system was too technical for our requirements and support was non existent. Have cancelled after 1 year and moved to another CRM with much better support and results.

I had a great interaction in the live chat with Carmelina regarding a change that I needed for a large company. She was great and helped me with everything I needed.Despite there being a ton of "things" to do on MBO, the customer support is excellent and will not leave you feeling like you are lost.

Great value and Incredible Quality of Designs

Great value and I was very surprised by the level of quality of the designs. I received over 100 entries and honestly, I really liked about 25-30 of them. It was hard to choose but after showing them to a bunch of people for feedback i finally picked a winner. This is a much better system than only using one designer because you're able to tap into the creativity of many different people. And these are really good designers. Great investment in my business, thank you.

I was a dedicated seller on Etsy...But then....

I was a dedicated seller on Etsy, pouring my time, creativity, and passion into building multiple shops. I even achieved Star Seller status—a badge that, while seemingly symbolic, felt like recognition for my hard work. Then everything came crashing down. Etsy suspended every single shop I owned and opened, leaving me devastated and without answers.It all started when I opened a bookstore on Etsy. A customer, who I initially thought was genuine, opened a case claiming she never received her books. This was baffling, considering she had left glowing reviews with pictures, praising the books and expressing how much she loved them. She even confirmed in chat messages that they had arrived. But none of that mattered. The moment a case was opened, Etsy didn’t allow me to defend myself. Their policy is to side with the customer, no questions asked. Without investigating or giving me a chance to provide evidence, they suspended my shop and informed me that I was permanently banned from selling on Etsy or opening new stores.As if that wasn’t enough, Etsy then began shutting down all my other shops, one by one, without providing any explanation. I was left in shock. Reaching out for help was a nightmare. Emails and support tickets went unanswered. Etsy doesn’t have a phone number for customer service—perhaps for the best, considering how many frustrated sellers they’ve wronged.I’ve lost so much—time, money, and the trust I once had in a platform I worked so hard to succeed on. It’s not just me; countless sellers who rely on Etsy to sustain their small businesses have been treated unfairly. We are left in the dark, powerless, and burdened with the fallout of policies that fail to protect us. Etsy owes me—and other sellers—big time for the emotional and financial damage they’ve caused. What happened to me was unjust, and it’s time for change.
