I registered with Coursera for a course on UX design with 7 courses at £38 per month.I became seriously unwell the same month and so couldn't start the course, I was hospitalised and subsequently, upon release, developed 'long covid'.After 5 months I felt well enough to start the course and contacted 'Coursera', NOT A PROBLEM, they said, just start when you want.I questioned them on the 6 payments I had already made for the course, only 1 more to pay.Coursera customer services came back to me BUT after a series of 'taking me round the houses deliberately style answers' which were quite sophisticated and hand crafted to create confusion and clearly mask the problem that I faced in a pretty clever manner and it eventually dawned on me, I hadn't paid for anything at all in fact.These people just keep taking money out of your bank account, forever, if you don't log in and take the course you've registered for.All you are paying for is the right to be able to login to the site, nothing more, cancel at anytime and you lose the right to even see the material you thought that you had paid for!This is a genuine unadulterated scam ...... if ever I have seen one, this one really is it.A genuine cash cow to keep milking.......No rights to a refund beyond 2 weeks following anyindividual payment. Courses might be ok, but the ethics and operation of the business are dreadful. ..... be very careful about doing anything other than a single non recurring payment to Coursera Log in and do courses under the audit method, no certificate at the end , but who cares, at least you won't be scammed out of a lot of money by them.Customer service quality of help and information - zero

Deceitful and completely overpriced because you are paying for people who NEVER interact with your email.The Mailchimp reports appear purposely hard to read, I am paying for people who never opened a single email, never clicked on anything. YET they have a 3 star rating in the report!!! These subscribers are mixed in between people that occasionally open or occasionally click on stuff, so you would have to add 3 segments to your query to actively search to find inactive people.They (subscribers) should have ZERO stars, so you can eliminate them easily from your account!! Yet they do not. Only when you drill deep and look at every member's action, you will see how many times they opened or clicked on an email if at all. That's very hard to do if you have a list of over 1,500 subscribers and new sign-ups etc. If you signed up with Mailchimp, go ahead and test yourself. I deleted hundreds of addresses with 3 stars ratings. Some people I paid for over 1 year!!! Now a price increase on top. So I checked out Mailerlite and was pleasantly surprised. Their reports are transparent, no trying to hide inactive users. It's all on one report page. You can easily see in one table the number of times a person opened an email and the number of times they clicked on links. That's how it should be.

I have been "on" Fox since inception - 22 years ago and seen it in the last ten years spiral into nothing but click-bait and ad-fotainment such as the incredibly useless and fake site they own "Outkick". I'm done with them online and especially on cable - especially the fake outrage of Hannity...Ingles...et naseum. You wanted UK tabloid, well with Murdock that's all there is. No a shred og journalism left there. I'm on to Ground News were I have options. Heck, Fox even turned off comments three months ago due to all the negative comments ABOUT Fox and Murdoch.

I booked a rental car on the same day as the pick up. Expedia website was showing errors. The car was booked twice for the same day, time and person.I contacted Expedia they said, they would contact the car company and ask for a refund. I didn’t understand this, since it seemed to be an error on Expedia’s side, but anyway I waited for them to get back to me. Now I received an email saying that the booking cannot be refunded. I contacted the car company they say, they only had a booking on my name.

Terrible business DON’T use them if you are a business. I use a smoke and vape shop in Lubbock TX. Their customers (such as me) were on the clover point system. This new CEO took over recently and dropped all smoke and vape shops. No warning, no chance to cash out our points. No one will even talk to them or us. I had tens of thousands of points saved and I lost them all as well as every other customer. I’ve also heard of them charging peoples accounts wrong and debiting $17,000 dollars and not even speaking to them. Super unprofessional and can’t be trusted. I’d rather trust my drug addicted nephew with my debit card info rather than them.

Absolutely awful!! They wrongly took nearly £500 out of my account after cancelling my account as it was a load of $hit3 to begin with and it’s been 7 months and I’m still fighting for a refund. No customer service or contact number just some helmet on the end of an email telling me to get it back through my bank.. but then declining it when the bank confront them. Disgusting
