I booked a rental car on the same day as the pick up. Expedia website was showing errors. The car was booked twice for the same day, time and person.I contacted Expedia they said, they would contact the car company and ask for a refund. I didn’t understand this, since it seemed to be an error on Expedia’s side, but anyway I waited for them to get back to me. Now I received an email saying that the booking cannot be refunded. I contacted the car company they say, they only had a booking on my name.
