I purchased a Christmas present from them and only met up with the recipients this week who told me that the retro poster had a glaring spelling mistake on it - the village name was totally mis-spelt and was in fact a total rip-off of the original (presumably copyrighted) design.This error had escaped me as I simply wrapped the parcel.. The scam seller BETTY BOYNS DESIGNS (aka Paula Nicholls in Penzance) has now stopped selling on Etsy (funny that) and I can no longer claim a refund through the normal channels as because she is no longer trading, the dates to open a case have weirdly reverted to 2023 not 2025! I have therefore referred this to Trading Standards. Avoid folks if you don't want to waste your money on fraudulent goods. If I could give a minus 100 rating for this company and its scam sellers I would.
