Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I have ordered M size based on the information on their website but the actual one that I have received was much smaller , almost S size. I have contacted customer service and sent some pictures with measurement but was told they do not deem as a faulty and goods are not returnable/exchageable. I have asked them if there is any guideline for them to consider the goods are faulty but they just said they can't advise it.
