ebay, are only for companies, which can act as they want

As many others on ebay already has experienced, then ebay today, are only made for companies to sell, without any restrictions.And it's ended up to be a Grey marketplace, where many sellers never should exist.In my case, I could not get all my money back, from a seller, which product I received, was fully defect. eBay simply autoclosed the case, because the seller wrote he would return the money, but did only return a part of the amount.And afterwards, it became totally impossible to contact ebay, to reopen the case, because the system autoclose cases. The system (ebay) are fully closed, and impossible to contact again.And my negative review of the seller, they also did remove. So it's the sellers marketplace, and not for those people who use it, to buy from.So I really hope, that that the EU user protection program, begin to wake up, and start investigate whats going on at ebay.

Be VERY cautious purchasing through this company!

I ordered 1 year antivirus through Bitdefender. Worst. Mistake. Ever. I went through this ridiculous company as my order was placed through my Paypal account which I have had FOREVER and the amount was pending.So, I wait for the email and nothing came. So I started chat. Of course no one likes to do their job anymore so I get stuck with AI chatbot which "understands my concerns" and finally turns me over to a live person. I FINALLY get an email and this ridiculous, VERY SHADY company wants my photo ID and my address as evidence for a FORTY DOLLAR purchase of an ANTIVIRUS software? What????I have NEVER gone through such ridiculous, shady nonsense EVER before in my life using my TRUSTED Paypal account. NEVER. So I call these people to dispute this garbage and tell them I refuse to hand over my photo ID and address for a FORTY DOLLAR antivirus key. I told the dude that I wanted a refund and that I was done being a loyal customer for over 5 years of Bitdefender. I will NEVER use this antivirus ever again.He said that he reversed the charges, but I will contact Paypal just to be sure that this company ACTUALLY refunds my money. In all my years of purchasing things through Paypal, which is SUPPOSED to be quick and easy, I have NEVER dealt with such a horrendous company as this. Never again.*NOTE* I posted this same review for their purchase company, 2Checkout which is Verifone. I wanted to make people aware of this before they waste their time purchasing through such a shady company like this.

i would give 0 star if i can! I have just received 10 harddisks in poor inner packaging an hour ago, no individual box to protect each harddisk and not even enough foams and bubbles for protection, the harddisks are all over the place in the box. After submitting all videos and photos, customer services Alice W replied "Please note that if you want to return it, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted. And you are responsible for the return shipping fee." So I decided to let the public to judge if it is the right way to ship Harddisks I WISH I CAN POST ALL THE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS HERE

Shoot first ask questions later.And they won't even get back to us so we advised them of their mistake.
