I would put zero stars if I could. Worst company in history. Let a faulty AI take full control (no human double checking) disabling probably over a million accounts under horrible false accusations or no reason. Zero human support and no statement from them. They simply don’t care about their users just want to keep making money.

Thank GOD IGER is out of the picture in Walt Disney. He should of never been elected as CEO. I’m thankful BOB is now the new CEO. Liberals should not be holding high positions since they’re only one sided in there views of operation and conducting business. Disney became what it was because of they’re conservative open minded vision of the future and happiness. We MUST NEVER CHANGE WHAT WORKS so well but add and improve.Liberals are known to attack, destroy and lie to get they’re way. That is not how our democracy was built.⭐️I just wish the original Walt family would take control and follow Mr. Walts vision with execution.

I barely use it, unsubscribing is a hassle

I barely use it, but now I keep getting 'newsletters' that I didn't ask for. There is no direct unsubscribe link in the email, only to change notification settings on your account. So I decided to delete it.In order to delete my account, I needed to enter my password, which I don't have because signed up with Google, so I had to recover my password and set a new one. Far too much trouble to simply unsubscribe from newsletters.

High fiber is a joke

High fiber is a joke. In the last 24 hours service has gone out 3 times, lasting between 1 - 3 hours and dropping intermittently for the last week. Almost impossible to speak with any customer service reps. All they do is recommend logging into the smartphone app, which we have not been able to do. Rep said log in info was same as webpage, but doesn't work. Getting run around, latest attempt in speaking with a rep was over an hour wait. When trying callback option, we do get called back and are promptly put back on hold without ever speaking to a live person.

Best thing since sliced bread!

This site is fun, easy to use, loved by the people who watch the presentations, and the styles and music are awesome. My wife introduced me to this and I will never just show a picture anymore.
I teach 6th, 7th, & 8th grade students and they all love the new approach I have to showing them the pictures I take of them as they are learning in class. I will say it does become addicting, in a great way, I love using this website. I have been on it one week and have created 6 different presentations.
I would highly recommend this site to anyone who has to do a presentation, especially if you want to wow them. These presentations explode off the screen and the presenter will have the attention of EVERYONE in the room right away and will keep their attention all the way through it as well.
If you are not a member of this site, I recommend signing up as soon as possible. It's free to start and as low as 30.00 a year after that. That is cheap for what your receiving.

Sick to death of lazy delivery drivers dumping things on the doorstep. I’ve complained every time and nobody is interested, I’ve also noticed that they seem to use standard replies, presumably from a drop down menu. Diabolical. Now actively avoiding anything Amazon related

Stay away from this company if you do not want headaches

Horrible experience for both online and in-store services. Purchased a brad new dash cam from BestBuy online and paid for installation in store. Did not have a chance to check the device since when I showed to the store for installation appointment they asked me to out and wait. After finishing the installation, they gave me back a package which clearly stated the device was an open box. Talked with the store manager and online customer service, they both refused their responsibilities. The store manager, Steve, at Harlem and Irving IL location was extremely unprofessional and rude. He talked over me when I tried to explain the situation. When I asked him for a movements to listen to my side, he said out loud “NO” and hang up the phone. He behaved like a child and uneducated person. I spent a whole day to dove there and talked with both parties but both of them kept pushing the responsibility to other. As a business owner, this is not how you treat your customers or at least a human being because you do not respect people.I will never be back to BestBuy ever again!

I would leave a "0" rating if I could. FB is useless. There is no way to resolve any issues you may have. Forget "appealing" anything. I tried to reactivate my account but got a message that I had done something against "community standards". Now that's funny! What standards?! My account was deactivated almost 6 months ago. When was this infraction supposed to have taken place? No way to find out. And I WILL NOT take a selfie to prove who I am. I should count this as a blessing. I'll probably be much better off without all the garbage of FB.

One of the books in my order was supposed to be "like new" but arrived with a taped up spine and creases in the cover. The cardboard packaging was not dented. The vendor wouldn't allow me to mail it back for refund (they insisted on my taking photos ... and my phone was busted at the time). By the time I got a replacement phone, the 30 days had expired. I should have looked at TrustPilot before placing the order ... my subsequent orders have gone to more highly rated booksellers!
