High fiber is a joke. In the last 24 hours service has gone out 3 times, lasting between 1 - 3 hours and dropping intermittently for the last week. Almost impossible to speak with any customer service reps. All they do is recommend logging into the smartphone app, which we have not been able to do. Rep said log in info was same as webpage, but doesn't work. Getting run around, latest attempt in speaking with a rep was over an hour wait. When trying callback option, we do get called back and are promptly put back on hold without ever speaking to a live person.
