Appalling company have been waiting for an order now for 3 weeks and says it is still processing. No emails from them since I placed my order, and it is ridiculous that a company of this size can be so flippant with its customer service.

Please please please don't use outlook as your email I been with outlook for years with no issues intill about a month ago when it look me out saying someone trying to get into my account I need to confirm who I am so try too but the number got on account is a old number so it ask other things keep saying not pass so I phone customer service other day omg VERY unhelpful nothing their can do he told me to keep trying but now I been lock out for good because I try to many time that me lost all my email work email work contract everything ask me to set new outlook email account errrrrrrr don't think so am going with Gmail now

I applied Vodafone glass fiber. Telekom team came and prepared the socket. Vodafone says that I need another appointment to activate the connection which is available 9 days later. If Vodafone knows that we need 2 appointments, why does not it arrange both in same day or consecutive days at the beginning? I cannot use internet for 9 days because of unorganized and careless customer service. Stay away from this company in Germany.

I will try to make sure that the influence that the games have had over me will not affect this review for the website because this is about reviewing websites and not just games. The games they make though are nothing short of perfect, had to throw that out there. Literally the only company to make perfect games. Their websites are just as good, they don't use ads, they have fun music, they are interactive. They just make you happy to look at, it's just a nice charm to see a website come to life and make you feel so happy, those feelings of being a kid come right back. It's amazing. Thank you Nintendo

Horrendous! Ordered a Moto phone via Lenovo website on Mon 5th July. Pre sales enquiry told me I would receive the phone by Wednesday. Placed the order online which was processed by Digital River. No confirmation email received so I called. Was immediately transferred to an offshore call centre, line was really bad. This is where it all fell apart, had no idea why I had not received a confirmation email, confirmed my email 3 times, claimed to have resent, still not received. Was initially advised order processed in the UK as UK website...absolutely NOT true! I am now told order will be shipped from Netherlands in 1-2 business days, they have no idea when I will receive the phone! For a few extra pounds I could have ordered from John Lewis and had it tomorrow! Called back several times only to be cut off, transferred without speaking, and on one call told I was being transferred to UK Customer Service but was transferred to Spain instead who did not speak English and cut me off. NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from these CLOWNS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS LOT!!!!! I cant even cancel the order as I still do not have a confirmation email. NEVER AGAIN!Update - Wed 7th July. Order status still shows as "released to manufacturing"..for a supposedly in stock mobile phone! Calling the customer service number and selecting the option for after sales customer service for a consumer results in a BT message saying the number you have dialled is not recognised. I was given another number which results in a message saying "the service cannot be connected" I have no problem with any other number from my landline or my mobile so it is clearly at their end. Pre sales staff are not interested, I have explained time and time again that there is an issue with the phone line and they ignore me and connect me back to the "number not recognised" message. Utterly appalling at all levels!Update - Thursday, July 8th. Still no product, still not dispatched. Still unable to get through to Digital Rivers aftersales customer services on 01256774577 option 2, then 2, then 1 - Message says "the number you have dialled has not been recognise, please hang up and redial" the other number 02037691440 says "this service cannot be connected" This has been like this since Tuesday. When speaking to sales and trying to explain this, they just transfer me back to the messages mid sentence. Even the Lenovo social media team have tried to get someone to take ownership of this issue and call me back to apologise and sort it out. As you can guess, even the social media team were unable to get someone to act. I then received an email advising a delay and offering a discount, she wanted me to respond to let her know my response......I replied, guess what, my email bounced back saying Digital River email system "access denied" No other contact details were provided in the email. You literally could not make this up. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LENOVO OR DIGITAL RIVER, YOU WILL REGRET IT, TRUST ME. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL TREATING CUSTOMERS IN THIS MANNER.

I have used LastPass free successfully. Then I paid a subscription for premium because I needed to use it on my mobile. I have been very disappointed with the response of the support team when I recently had problems with re-registering my mobile phone for multi-factor authentication. It has taken over a week now and the issue is still not resolved. I think this is very poor for a password service that I have a paid subscription to.

I am a client with a few domains and websites, and seriously, I have no IT training, so as much as I may have some knowledge, I find it a challenge with for example, with entering DNS records. This morning this was a need that she fulfilled for me effortlessly. What made her stand apart was her professionalism, knowledge, cheerfulness, and non-robotic conversation style. One of the books in my order was supposed to be "like new" but arrived with a taped up spine and creases in the cover. The cardboard packaging was not dented. The vendor wouldn't allow me to mail it back for refund (they insisted on my taking photos ... and my phone was busted at the time). By the time I got a replacement phone, the 30 days had expired. I should have looked at TrustPilot before placing the order ... my subsequent orders have gone to more highly rated booksellers!
