Their landing page template is a complete disaster. It’s full of bugs, incredibly hard to use, and even when I applied the template, the formatting fell apart, making for a terrible user experience. On top of that, I couldn’t even change the background color—it just wouldn’t work. Total waste of time!

Stay away from this Network.Awful customer service.I nearly lost my number while they trying to port and left me with no service for 2 days and they confirmed i have good signal at my home address,but very bad signal.In 1 week time i switched back to another network .I wasn’t even bothered the money i lost.If you need to speak to someone its take ages to connect.Awful Network.

My prime didn’t auto renew and said my card had expired - it hadn’t. Phoned the bank and they said there is absolutely no problem with my card, in fact it works everywhere else. 7 times I contacted live chat. None of their agents have a single clue. I tried deleting my card, saving and re-entering it and saving. I tried deleting prime and downloading it again. I tried absolutely everything and it still doesn’t work. Every time I speak to an agent we go through the same routine - it still doesn’t work. I asked for it to be escalated to the technical team - they said no. What am I supposed to do@

We bought a bed and matress for a LOT of money for my children after a long consultation session with the lady in the store, which was completely unsuitable for them - they could literally not climb up their own bed it was so high!!! And after asking for an exchange the Corte Ingles just told us no! No trial whatsoever to find a solution... I really felt not appreciated as a client, and will for sure go somewhere else next time! We were very loyal clients until now, but this left me with a very negative taste in my mouth!!

Tools like screen recording, converting & downloading audio / video, freeing up memory as well as presentation mode is super useful. It’s easy to use & navigate. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Update: Our company Jotform account has been impacted for 18 days by a technical issue from the 3rd of July, 2023. Our business had over 100 electronic forms that the data went missing; I'm pleased to update you that we received the forms, and the data was restored on the 21st of July. Systems do fail occasionally; communication is key in these situations, I did not want to come to a public forum to get action in our case. We are appreciative that the back-end developers were able to recover our information. Jotform is great intuitive software, the best in the market for digital form solutions. It was unfortunate the outage created a prolonged impact.

Worst company I've ever worked with. Very quick to take your money and then can shut your account down at any time with petty reasons and made up excuses. Absolute disgrace of a company. Deactivated my account also, meaning I can no longer contact, nor access the accounts withheld funds. Asked for a contact number which they're yet to provide. I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS!!!!! Hopefully, my funds will eventually be returned. Failing this, Ombudsman will be informed.
