My prime didn’t auto renew and said my card had expired - it hadn’t. Phoned the bank and they said there is absolutely no problem with my card, in fact it works everywhere else. 7 times I contacted live chat. None of their agents have a single clue. I tried deleting my card, saving and re-entering it and saving. I tried deleting prime and downloading it again. I tried absolutely everything and it still doesn’t work. Every time I speak to an agent we go through the same routine - it still doesn’t work. I asked for it to be escalated to the technical team - they said no. What am I supposed to do@
