What I like best about G2 reviews is that they have you prove that you actually use the software with screenshots. That way you know the people reviewing it are authentic. The review process takes a bit of time as they are thorough with the process so anyone reviewing has to take some time unlike typical reviews with a one-liner that you're unsure if you can trust or not. The only downside was a lot of scale-rated questions that often don't apply to the user doing the review.

I reported a man who told me to suck his **** Chess.com did not do anything after reporting. They said they took accurate measures but his account is still active, I cancelled my membership and won’t pay them anymore money. How can you let someone speak like that to your customers and not ban them? So disappointing.

I was finally starting to learn my way around Parler, but I had to get a new phone number and now I’m locked out of the site. There’s no way to access my account at all. Why can’t we have a code sent to our email and phone. If I could get the code via email, this wouldn’t be an issue. So now I’m back on Facebook, extremely disappointing. I guess I’m not as welcomed as I thought I was...😞

I have supported and received some amazing products but when a product appears to be a scam KS seem to completely ignore the seriousness of it. Once they receive their money they are done with everyone. You cannot get details of the suspected scammer. Customer support just send scripted messages on how everything is based on trust blah blah blah. If a product fails and the creator lets you know fair enough. But when they take the money and run ...well. I would not recommend KS to close friends... if they get scammed I’d feel stupid. If and when I receive the last of my supported products i will be closing my account. I can imagine that this would be a good way to launder money 🙄

A very poor experience for me to be honest, all starting from confusing marketing emails sent direct from Spotify, the first offering premium on a 3for1 month option, then the following day, once I had signed up for this offer and paid £9.99, I received a 3 months free offer? I requested a refund as to take up the free offer which was processed, now I am advised neither offer applies as I was a premium customer in the past, so why email me misleading offers, clearly the marketing team/processes need to be heavily reviewed as not to entice customers with offers that are not available within their account? Be aware everyone as new accounts are all they seem interested in?

I signed up for a one week free trial and bought one piece of music for a reduced price. Before the end of the free trial period, I realized the free trial didn’t offer anything that interested me and I cancelled it in my Apple settings and also by following the link from the app to their website. These both said the subscription had “ended” and was “inactive”. However, they still tried to charge me fee of £39.99 for an annual subscription - this doesn’t match any of the advertised subscriptions. This is clearly a deeply misleading company that make it exceptionally hard to properly cancel subscriptions and try to weasel as much money out of you as possible. Do not trust them and go elsewhere. This has taken up so much of my time and caused me no end of problems. It is obvious that lots of other people have experienced these issues too.

Honestly, i don’t actually know where to start, the HP laptop I purchased in 2024 is one of the worst computers ive ever used in my honest opinion. And to top it off the microsoft software (windows) has gone so downhill, it’s actually hard to believe that a company that was once the forefront of the home computer has actually gone to pot with its bing BS. I can’t restore it, i can’t delete most things on it because it says i dont have authority to delete it but in order to restore the laptop it says i need to delete stuff 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️. I am not one to normally write bad reviews as we all make mistakes but wow!. I wouldn’t even buy one again if it was on offer for £1!!!!
