These scam artists tried calling me about my life insurance policy. They were able to tell me my current provider and the expiration date of my policy. Where they slipped up....I'm a Sales Director in the financial sector and one of my OWN independent finance officers from MY OWN company was able to broke the market and sell me my policy. So when this insurance company told me "when you signed up, you agreed to share your personal data and allow other companies to contact you with better deals". This is untrue, they have breached GDPR and got my data ILLEGALLY because I didn't share my details. And I am now going to go to great lengths to ensure this fraudulent company is held accountable by the FCA, the financial ombudsman and ensure any underwriters or MGAs supporting this company are aware of their breaches of regulations.

Hello, I bought on the 6th of October 2016 a LG OLED 55EG920V TV brand new for £1500.2 weeks ago, I started to have a thin horizontal black line and a large vertical dim line I. The middle of the screen. I was all time really careful about my TV. I contact LG support and they told me that I was not in guaranty anymore so I did contact an another company that they gave me their details.At the end total to fix the screen £1850 . More than a price of this TV.2 weeks after so today , my TV won’t turn ON.I’m really disappointed.I will definitely not recommend this Brand to anyone , for all their product from their tv to their Washing machine. I really hope they will do something about it.Thank you LG next time I will spend my money in Sony or Samsung

I went to bedroom area, asked the lady to help us out planning a dresser for our project, she didn’t give any effort to help, just showed us the computers we can use to do our stuff. Computer planning is done, items are ready to be paid. I asked if they would do delivery as these items couldn’t fit in our car. She said yes, showed me the delivery mark on our paper. I paid the items to the cashier, again I asked if items will be delivered to our house, they said yes. They Didn’t say anything about a step to do or a station to go to whatsoever, so we left. 5 days passed, no deliveries coming, checked my IKEA account and no details for delivery or anything. Called customer service to help us out, but they instructed us to go to store to have it fixed. I Went to the store but they asked me to pay for another set of the same items. I asked for a refund of the previous items which took me around 30 mins to do with the employee, just to not be charged twice. Anyhow, I paid for another set of items. I was instructed to go to the delivery counter just to confirm that the delivery is set and to make sure that the items will arrive. A lady in the delivery counter talked to me, helping me out, and at the same time, telling me another instruction that I should have done before approaching the counter, which is for “Future reference.”I didn’t know that IKEA needs their customers to be knowledgeable with all these “go here go there” processes so you won’t look ignorant in front of their “expert” employees. I am not happy with how IKEA employees treat their customers and expect them to know the procedures instead of helping the customers address their concerns.

Absolute trash of a service. I came across a person who has been posting continuous racist and violent content that relates to not only hate and violence against people based on race and religion but also promoting the killing and in some instances encouraging terrorist activities against certain races and countries. I reported these posts to Facebook and today have received the feedback that they feel they don't break any community standards and have taken no action. I guess it must be dependant which race or religion the violence is being targetted that is the decider for Facebook reviewers. Have now reported to local authorities as evident Meta Platforms cannot self regulate despite their deceitful claims.

Ordering process and delivery was ok. However, the packaging of the shoes was quite damaged and to be honest I am not entierely sure if the shoes are real Birkenstocks or fake shoes. I was comparing them to other Birkenstocks and the quality is pretty poor. So either Birkenstock has quite lower quality now or the shoes are fakes...???

Had fraudulent transactions on my account and reached out to Facebook/Meta to have them resolved. Initially got some nice emails back but after months there's been no resolution. Reached out again to find out what's happening and got an email back to say they can no longer assist.Horrible company, horrible people.
