I have supported and received some amazing products but when a product appears to be a scam KS seem to completely ignore the seriousness of it. Once they receive their money they are done with everyone. You cannot get details of the suspected scammer. Customer support just send scripted messages on how everything is based on trust blah blah blah. If a product fails and the creator lets you know fair enough. But when they take the money and run ...well. I would not recommend KS to close friends... if they get scammed I’d feel stupid. If and when I receive the last of my supported products i will be closing my account. I can imagine that this would be a good way to launder money 🙄
