I signed up for a one week free trial and bought one piece of music for a reduced price. Before the end of the free trial period, I realized the free trial didn’t offer anything that interested me and I cancelled it in my Apple settings and also by following the link from the app to their website. These both said the subscription had “ended” and was “inactive”. However, they still tried to charge me fee of £39.99 for an annual subscription - this doesn’t match any of the advertised subscriptions. This is clearly a deeply misleading company that make it exceptionally hard to properly cancel subscriptions and try to weasel as much money out of you as possible. Do not trust them and go elsewhere. This has taken up so much of my time and caused me no end of problems. It is obvious that lots of other people have experienced these issues too.
